　　Dear members:

　　In order to maintain the healthy market order of Taobao, strictly control the problem of qualification fraud of merchants entering the business, and effectively protect the interests of consumers, we will make corresponding adjustments to the relevant rules for sellers' access in the "Announcement on Strengthening Qualification Access for the Family Health Market", "Taobao Food Industry Standards", and "Taobao Health Food Industry Standards".

　　The change of the rules will be announced on December 12, 2016 and will officially take effect on December 19, 2016.

　　The main changes are as follows:

　　Sellers who are penalized for false certificates for admission qualifications will be not allowed to enter within the past 90 days and will be modified to permanently not allow access.
