"Taobao Gift Dispute Handling Standards" Added Public Notice

In order to make the dispute handling of gifts that users receive when shopping on Taobao clearer and more complete, Tmall and Taobao have added new dispute handling rules for gifts.

The editor has compiled the following Taobao gift dispute handling standards,

The new rules will be announced on November 7 , 2016 and will officially take effect on November 14 , 2016 .
