Starting a business is a matter of equal risk and benefit. For a company, the boss himself is the biggest ceiling of the company, so the boss’s thinking must not be solidified. Once it is solidified, the company’s operation will be difficult.
1. Keep pace with the times and cannot be solidified
There is a chain reaction in management, that is, if you do not focus on selecting people, cultivating people, and strictly managing the requirements, managers will gradually sink into things, and sink into things will lead to managers having no time to study new marketing, new ways of playing, new sales, and new business.
To break this chain reaction, we must select the candidates, give the direction and methods in place, and do a good job in the assessment. Assessment is very important. Assessment is actually the orientation. You can go wherever you assess the employees. Therefore, you must pay attention to the assessment. Don’t be so casual. How to set goals and ask for them. This must be very cautious.
Only after you finish these things can you free up more time to study the industry. The department head must lead the research. As the department head, if you don’t study who you don’t study, who you don’t study, if a director, manager, or supervisor doesn’t study these things, no one will study for you.
The purpose of the research is to enable your employees to have a better way to do their jobs, or to gain two gains with one effort, which is human effect. Managers’ research is to lead the team to save energy, achieve tasks and get more rewards.

Once managers have more time to study, they can keep pace with the times and will not solidify.
What is curing? It means that your thinking and cognition six months ago are similar to that now. If the people around you think you have changed a lot in recent months, it means that your thinking and cognition have been updated and iterated.
It is necessary to iterate thinking. Iterate thinking from quantitative change to qualitative change, so managers must continue to free up time to give themselves time to study and learn, which is very critical.
If managers don’t have time to learn and make progress, they will inevitably become solidified. Solidification means working behind closed doors, just like the Qing Dynasty, which was closed to the country back then, had no future in the end.
Of course, a company cannot be solidified not only by the manager, but also by the boss himself. Once the boss solidifies, the company will be finished. The boss also needs to demand himself like the manager, often spending time studying new things and updating and iterating his own thinking patterns.
2. Spend time on excellent people
Managers remember not to spend time on the wrong people, and to invest more time in excellent employees. Because excellent people can achieve results quickly, don’t make reverse mistakes in cognition.
A poor employee, train and teach him two or three times, and the rest is to make a request to him. If he doesn’t have to, he should change it. Don’t use his energy to consume it.
Some managers will be soft-hearted, and being soft-hearted is harming themselves. Managers must understand that the core of the relationship between teams is cooperation. If employees do it, they will not delay each other and get together and part.
Managers cannot think too complicatedly about things. When I first started doing management, I also thought it was very complicated. I felt it was painful to fire employees. I stayed for several months and had feelings for them. When I went to bed at night, I thought about how to talk to employees about dismissal to leave tomorrow. It was very uncomfortable. As a result, after the chat, I cried myself. I was quite happy to go out, but we were so complicated.
In fact, it’s that simple. Everyone is working together, and if they can do it, it may be inappropriate if they can’t break up. When everyone comes to this world, they have a place that suits them. If they break up, they can go to other places. Don’t delay each other. What they fear most is delay each other.
