On July 10, Vipshop signed an acquisition agreement with Shanshan Group Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Xingtong Chuangfu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) in Shanghai on the morning of Beijing time, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Vipshop International Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong, to acquire 100% of the shares of Shanshan Commercial Group Co., Ltd. for 2.9 billion yuan in cash.
Vipshop said that through this acquisition, Vipshop has laid out offline outlet business and actively explored the online and offline integrated sales model to realize the omni-channel sales retail layout of online and offline integration.
Shanshan Commercial Group Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo and is an outlet chain group ranked among the top in the domestic market. 10. Delhi courts in India prohibit e-commerce platform sellers from selling unauthorized products
