　　On October 30, Taobao Rules issued an announcement. In order to standardize the normal operating order of the Taobao decoration industry and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the Taobao decoration industry, Taobao will add the "Taobao decoration industry management standards" and at the same time revise the "Implementation Rules for the Publishing of Unauthorized Products Rules".

　　The announcement shows that the changed categories in the decoration industry include the second category under the first-level category "Decoration Service" and "Decoration Design/Construction/Supervision": home decoration, partial decoration, and engineering decoration.

　　The requirements for the management and control of decoration-related categories are deleted from the original "Taobao Life Service Market Management Specifications":

　　The announcement mentioned that Taobao sellers must meet the following conditions at the same time before they can enter the decoration industry:

　　1. You must provide real and valid business license certificates for Taobao for review and registration. The requirements are as follows:

　　1) The business scope of the industrial and commercial license must include: decoration, decoration services and other items;

　　2) The registered capital must be more than 3 million (inclusive), and the company registration time must be more than 1 year (inclusive);

　　3) Not included in the "Serious Illegal and Breach of Trust" by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau;

　　4) There is at least one physical decoration store offline.

　　2. Join Taobao’s consumer protection services and pay a full consumer security deposit according to the category requirements.

　　The clearance rules include voluntary exit, clearance, exit and re-entry

　　Actively exit: Taobao decoration industry sellers have the right to withdraw from the decoration industry by removing all decoration products based on their own business conditions.

　　Clearance: If any of the following situations occur in Taobao decoration industry sellers, they will be cleared out of Taobao decoration industry. All decoration products will be removed from the shelves during clearance:
