　　Dear merchants:

　　With the expansion of Taobao's global business, in order to ensure the effective and smooth progress of overseas transactions, facilitate merchants' business management, and also to ensure the safety of transaction funds for overseas consumers, Tmall will revise the "Tmall Commodity Trading Timeout Regulations".

　　This revision was announced on December 22, 2017 and will officially take effect on January 1, 2018.

　　The detailed adjustments are as follows:
