    Some media reported that Tmall will take over Yintai.com in full. Gangzhu, the former general manager of Tmall Department Store and Beauty Business Department, became the CEO of Yintai.com . Tmall responded, "Ah? It's one! This is a normal business personnel appointment."

   As an important base of Alibaba's new retail strategy, how will Intime play new retail after privatization?  

   On July 27 , at the Intime Business Trinity New Retail Conference, Zhang Yong, CEO of Alibaba Group and Chairman of Intime Business Group, publicly stated that Intime has initially completed the reconstruction of people, goods and yards in the new retail industry, and is undergoing reconstruction of goods and yards. "The emergence of Hema Fresh relies on top-level design to build a brand new people and goods yard. Intime is different from Hema. The former is made of something out of nothing. Only by building tall buildings on the ground can the digital reconstruction of the people and goods yards be successfully completed. The latter is similar to the renovation of old cities because it has too much stock. Chen Xiaodong, CEO of Intime Business, also said that in the process of new retail from 0 to 1 , Intime has reached the stage of 0.618 .

In May 2015 , Alibaba CEO Zhang Yong became the chairman of the board of directors of Intime Business, and in June Alibaba became a well-known shareholder of Intime Business. Intime announced its full integration with Alibaba, becoming an important base for Alibaba to explore online and offline integration.

In January      2017 , Alibaba completed its privatization invitation to Intime Commercial at a consideration of HK$ 27.2 billion. In May of the same year , Intime Commercial officially delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The reason why Alibaba chose to privatize mainland department stores that are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is because the new retail transformation oriented towards consumer value has arrived.

   Now, Intime's membership system has been connected with Alibaba's Tmall's big data, and will be connected with Alipay in the second half of this year. Now when you enter Intime’s offline physical store, you will automatically generate an “Intime membership code” when you open Taobao. When Intime is shopping, customers can directly add the products they like to the shopping cart. The reconstruction of people has been completed, and the digitalization of goods and yards has reconstructed the most difficult part, and Alibaba is constantly taking action.

    It is understood that the new CEO Gangzhu once led the Tmall Double 11 department store category in 2015 and vigorously promoted the integration of offline stores and Tmall platform in the big promotion. "The closer the online and offline combination, the better the Double 11 event will be. Online orders for products with higher unit price will increase because they can experience and pick up goods offline. And the brand can also get good exposure, and online and offline users can circulate with each other." He once said.
