The name I shared today is called Dadao Wumen. Dadao Wumen means there is no shortcut to success. We have known this since we were a child. I am an absolutely pragmatic person. When I first started to come into contact with e-commerce, I went out for training. I hate what people said is equivalent to not saying anything. In addition to saying it, there is also a situation called listening to it. I just said that it is equivalent to not listening. The host said just now that you can take photos, of course you can take photos, but I suggest you not take photos, because I can give you this PPT, take out your phone and take photos, have you taken them back and see them? So most of them are just in vain.
A few people succeed in this world. What I want to tell you is that there are no shortcuts in e-commerce operations, but there are methods and systems.
Today, there are two keywords: system and management . All the content I share today is not copied from the book. If it is copied from the book, there is no need to share it. Everything today, including my system, team structure system, and management, are summary and improvements I have drawn after countless problems and failed experiences in the past 20 years of practice.
You can get a truth at work, that is, only if you have done it yourself, you will know what it is like. You hear others say that seeing others do it is always different from doing it yourself. The boss is a completely different job
Although I am not young, I am still very proud of my experience over the past 20 years. Although it is not very successful, it is also because of this experience that I have faced many things and experienced many situations. So I have some insights and summary, including some skills and methods. Foreign-funded enterprises have many things worth learning from, such as processes and enterprises. I have been in the Crown Club for so many years, and I have met a group of bosses. After I started a business, I think I have some management skills. First of all, I am not young anymore. At that time, I was already 32 years old. I had more than 1,000 people in the past, and I had never seen many sales staff. At that time, my annual performance was 1.5 billion in China, so I think I have some management experience.
But this year's entrepreneurship made me understand one thing at once. It is completely different from doing it yourself and doing it in the same company. The famous difference between bosses and non-bosses, including senior managers, is that only the boss is responsible for all the final results. So this difference made me know that my previous management was not real management. At that time, I only needed to manage my sales team, not financial management, or personnel management, so it is far from being a management department.
My business
I personally think I am a very rigorous and very planned person. The first half of my business I started my own business was quite good, because with so many years of customer accumulation, the company developed very quickly, and the company bought three cars. In the end, you will find that what you have not done before is very different from just watching others do it.
The first company closed down when I failed to start a business in 2009. My wife started working in Taobao in 2007. Most of the people who worked in Taobao were in this situation. At that time, two types of people were working in Taobao . The first type was a college student who had fresh knowledge in school. After graduation, she found that she did a good job and continued working in Taobao. The second type was a housewife like my wife.
In the future, I must try O2O and so on. At that time, my wife felt pretty good from 2007 to 2009. I failed to start a business and stayed at home for a while. I looked behind my wife. At that time, my wife was doing it alone. As I looked at it, I thought this thing was OK, so I started to try it. So this step has come to this day. In the whole process, I think the time cost is very expensive. There was a direct train from the second half of 2009. Two or three months later, a staff member on Taobao called me and said that I was their KA customer because I spent 50 yuan on the direct train every day. This is my background.
