In May, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the country increased by 10.7% year-on-year

From January to May, catering revenue was 1529.3 billion yuan, an increase of 11.0% year-on-year; commodity retail sales were 1272.68 billion yuan, an increase of 10.2%.

　　Among commodity retail, in May, the retail sales of units above the limit units was 1215.8 billion yuan, an increase of 9.2% year-on-year. From January to May, the retail sales of units above the limit were 5897.7 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5% year-on-year.

　　From January to May, the national online retail sales were 2466.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.5%. Among them, the online retail sales of physical goods was 1879.8 billion yuan, an increase of 26.5%, accounting for 13.2% of the total retail sales of consumer goods; among the online retail sales of physical goods, food, clothing and use goods increased by 21.5%, 20.6% and 29.2% respectively.
