In response to this problem, in 2016, Taobao issued special regulations on malicious harassment: when consumers complain about harassment, even if consumers cannot provide evidence, Taobao will actively contact past consumers to collect evidence, and finally make a judgment based on the seller's previous record. In the future, Taobao will further crack down on the identified black and gray gangs and illegal service providers to cure the social cancer of malicious harassment and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
