The root of everything is yourself, open yourself and release your nature

　　This is the opening speech I gave at the club's annual review meeting at the end of 2014. Looking back at the opening of previous regular meetings, I saw my own progress, the club's growth, and also saw that my predictions turned into reality little by little.

　　2016 has ended, and 2017 is a new beginning. I hope that everyone can make progress together in the new year and imagine the future.

　　This is my December 2014 speech:

　　Lincoln once said, I could go up immediately if I asked me to give a five-hour speech. If I asked me to give a ten-minute speech, I would need to prepare for three days and three nights. Actually, I have been preparing for a long time and hope to share more information with everyone.

　　A few days ago, I went to Alibaba and met an old employee who had been working next to Jack Ma. He told me that Jack Ma had thrown his cup every day before. When Ma made decisions, he would ask two people, and he asked them if they could do this. If they told him that he could, he would do it. Because these two people are pessimistic and the other are optimistic, if both pessimistic and optimistic people agree, they will definitely succeed.

　　The construction of talents and teams is really important. The entire operation level has reached a very professional level. Many times we should study the essence of business. Many students want to listen to technical things, so we should do our job well, do our team well, and elevate ourselves to a certain level.

　　Jack Ma also has another characteristic of love for learning. He has to learn when he meets anyone, and we should learn from him. It is not easy for you to come here from all over the world in various ways.

　　Every time I go to Alibaba, I have to talk about the two words of socialization. Our consumers need emotional maintenance. The stimulation of interests is no longer enough. The rest should be improved. Mobile socialization is a trend.

　　Last year, based on the needs of many members, we expanded a Golden Crown Club to provide services to some larger merchants. Merchants need to be distinguished, and the purpose of stratification is to provide better services. Many people who do very well now happen to be from the Golden Crown Club, and they can in turn tell the experience of the people from the Crown Club. This is a process of mutual promotion.

　　Last year, our club only had a few employees to a few dozen this year, and it was divided into many service items.

　　I summarized the development of the club in 2015, and it is a cooperation and expansion. The club hopes to have more cooperation with everyone here, and I hope that you can have more cooperation. On the other hand, the club will hold more small gatherings and activities in 2015, and implement them according to thematic categories, so that people with common needs can cooperate and obtain more benefits. There will be a meeting in 2015, and we will go to various places to talk about useful information. In terms of financial investment, I must take the lead and explore a good path.

　　You are not just here to listen to the class, you should cherish the opportunity to get together and meet more friends. We must open ourselves, and the root of everything is ourselves. There is no difference between not opening ourselves and sitting at home. We must communicate actively and actively understand others. As long as you open yourself, your direction will change.

　　We want to build our company into China's New Oriental and Lanxiang. In 2015 and 2016, the club will expand into many fields. If you have good ideas, you must participate together. I hope that we will be partners in the future.
