Starting from scratch to first category
At first, I ran a small counter of 6 square meters in Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen . My cousin took me into the industry and sold printing consumables, office supplies and equipment.
The counter is not well located and the business is average, so I wanted to find a way out. When I saw some friends around me doing e-commerce, I spent the extra time trying to sell goods online and embarked on the road of e-commerce. Starting from scratch to the first category, there are three key points:
First, continuously improve the supply chain

At first, our team had only a few people, but now it has grown to two or three hundred, so management must keep up. In the past three to five years, I have spent hundreds of thousands or millions of yuan on study every year.
The category we are making is standard products for urgent needs. Customers are very sensitive to prices. Some merchants are imitating us when they see us making money. We have the advantage of "quantity" and customer stickiness, and we have millions of old customers on the entire network.
The internal organizational efficiency of the enterprise must be high enough to connect the supply chain, operational end and sales end, otherwise problems will arise: either out of stock or unsold .
How to do it specifically? At the performance level, we will formulate some supply chain indicators for sales, and the supply chain must also be responsible for part of the sales, so that some "department walls" can be removed. When the two sides have different opinions, I will come forward to resolve the issue.
Our organizational efficiency is higher than our peers, so our performance is still growing.
We also faced some temptations in the process, such as changing careers. We also had some projects that were not completed. After continuous learning, our strategy became clearer and clearer. We should deepen the industry rather than expand it .
The trend of the e-commerce industry is that many merchants are slowly withdrawing, and the rest are increasingly concentrated in the head.
Focus on your own brand
No way out
For me, there are no 80 points in doing things, only 0 points and 100 points.
Only by doing everything to the extreme and not leaving a way out for yourself can you be outstanding.
Solve all the problems that hinder the realization of your goals, and when you really force yourself, you will have a method. If you are not cruel enough to yourself, you will find reasons and excuses from the external environment, feel that others have not helped you, etc.
When you reflect on your own problems, you have already begun to improve.
If the team has weak execution, the leader must first agree with his subordinates. Is this goal imposed on him? He did it voluntarily . If the subordinates are voluntary, their work enthusiasm will be relatively higher, and we do not want to impose their goals on them.
If the subordinate’s goals are not high, don’t put them in important positions - some people are willing to lie flat, and you should partner with better people. The more outstanding people there are in the team, the better the working atmosphere will naturally be.
