  I am a website. In fact, the website does not simply present the website, but more about how you manage your traffic and users.

  In fact, the development of the website in China is not very good, and the current website is not good, so we made a bigger choice in 2003 because we thought we would not live for 15 years, and our experience should be helpful to many people. We had several roads at that time:

  The first is the traditional practice of the Internet industry. We strive to raise funds and continuously expand our scale, but we did not do it because we are timid and we do not have the confidence to afford it in the future after obtaining financing. In other words, whether it will be liquidated. There are many people who have been liquidated in the Internet industry. For example, the first person in our industry to do e-commerce was Hong Chicago, and later sold it to Suning for more than 60 million US dollars. The entire investment plus the loan was 140 million US dollars. So we don't think this path is something we can choose.

  The second path is that two companies have acquired us, and the conditions given are also good, but we have also given up this path because we feel a little bit of a pity. After the team we have worked hard to build is acquired by other companies, we will only do the original work and will not have new investment. The future prospects are very dark, which is different from our initial goal of establishing this company, so we also gave up this path.

  The third way is that someone suggested that we stay in China and wait for the GEM. Our idea now seems to be correct. The government may not speak well and do things. Later, the GEM will open and close, and a company will not arrange its business according to a schedule that you cannot control. This is when you put your head under someone else's knife.

  Later our idea was to go to Hong Kong because the GEM in Hong Kong is suitable for us, but not for our competitors. We have no financing, we don’t burn much money, we are profitable, the advantage is that time is controllable, Hong Kong’s shell is valuable, and you can get a batch of funds when you go public and will not be liquidated. After listing, you can carry out some mergers and acquisitions based on some financial means. After you have a listing status, it will bring some benefits to you in all aspects of the future. For example, we are now doing financing. After you have this status, some people will be willing to put the money in and do something with you, so it was originally a very strange choice, but it later brought us great benefits.

  We started to transform from the end of 2013. We estimated that the competition for funds in this industry in 2015 and 2016 will be very strong. If we don’t have a lot of funds, we will be killed by others. So we explored and tested the above four aspects in 2014, and finally decided to go to Hong Kong in July. After such things, our benefits are obvious, and we have received 300 million yuan in funds. This fund can allow us to undergo a long-term transformation, including extending to other businesses. Traditional websites will use the land to manage user groups. Now there will be fewer and fewer opportunities, and it is impossible to continue to maintain them, but we are the link between business and people.

  Create links and business links

  Actually, today I want to talk about my ideas about e-commerce. Then I will understand it from our perspective. The most core thing is to establish links and operate links. From the perspective of operating media, we found that the mobile Internet has some characteristics:

  First, we have served many customers, and many large brand e-commerce companies are our customers. I found that the changes in their mobile advertising have been mainly on the PC side in 2014, and the whole thing is the online data in 2015.

  The second is that in the marketing process, in addition to some traditional advertising forms, the influence of Internet celebrities, celebrities, and experts is very obvious from Weibo to WeChat. This is also determined by the characteristics of the mobile terminal. Communication is very convenient and the shopping process is short.

  The third is that the mobile terminal has many characteristics that are different from the PC terminal. For example, Didi Taxi, each APP has very single and independent functions. Few people put all the functions into it. Therefore, each application on the mobile terminal is very vertical and accurate, which also brings some benefits to the entire marketing. In terms of marketing, technological progress will also bring many unexpected effects. Many technical companies can quickly obtain user links because of your technological advantages. This is irreparable to money. Now the post-90s generation like to express themselves very much, and there will be some APPs that help express themselves immediately.

  Everyone is talking about O2O, but we are actually trying some things, because we have many offline stores. We tried at RT-Mart at that time. At that time, there were 3,000 people in five days.   Wechat business, when I came into contact with Wechat business, I thought it was unreliable and it was like selling. But in fact, Wechat business has some formal practices, and some scenarios can cross the psychological threshold of everyone. For example, if you are a programmer and you sell facial masks in your circle of friends, everyone will definitely have ideas, but for example, we are an early education store offline, so it is normal for us to do early education on WeChat. Traditional micro-businesses are roughly divided into several categories: individual micro-businesses, brand micro-businesses, and community micro-businesses. Individual micro-businesses are some purchasing agents. Brand micro-businesses, such as Korean queens, take offline things online to make them, and community micro-businesses are groups such as Internet celebrities.

  It is useless to simply display goods in WeChat. It actually requires an operation mechanism and operation tools to connect them. We hope that my friends can use our things to try.
