       1. [Subsite/Operipheral] Merchant: When will the registration for subsite/Operipheral investment start? Where is the entrance?    

       Dear, the branch venue/peripheral registration and investment entrance will be open on September 26. You can follow the following steps:
       Step 1: Enter the Double 11 Taobao Carnival Event Registration Center    

       Step 2: Select the venue corresponding to the industry to which the store belongs and enter the registration page.    

       Step 3: Click to register now.    

       PS: Registration for venues is only for merchants that have "passed the audition", and registration for peripherals is only for merchants that have received "event invitations".    

       2. [Subsite/Operipheral] Merchant: If you fail to pass the auditions before, you can still participate in the registration for subsite and peripheral products?    

       Registration for sub-venues is only for merchants who have passed the audition. If you fail to register for the audition, you will not be able to participate in the registration for sub-venues (the opportunity for supplementary registration will be open from October 11th to 12th, please pay attention at that time). The peripheral venue will be held in the "event invitation" method. Merchants who are 'invited' can enter the Double 11 Taobao Carnival Event Registration Center to submit registration for peripheral products.    

       3. [Operipheral] Merchant: When registering for peripheral products, please remind: "The product is not in the peripheral product pool of Taobao Carnival in 2016"?    

       If you sign up for Double 11 Taobao Carnival, the page prompts: "The product is not in the 2016 Taobao Carnival peripheral product pool", which means that your store has currently met the registration standards for peripheral activities, but product invitations have not been pushed on a large scale. It is recommended that you pay attention and it is expected that a large-scale push of invitations will begin after October 8, so please be patient.    

       4. [Operipheral] Merchant: Why does it mean that the main business category or threshold setting does not meet the requirements?    

       It is recommended to verify whether your main business belongs to home appliances. Since this Double 11 Taobao Carnival only focuses on small home appliance industries, home appliance sellers do not participate in external registration, please understand.    

       5. [Sub-venue/Operipheral] Merchant: The audition has been passed, why is it still unable to register? Is it a reminder that the overall competitiveness is insufficient?    

       Double 11 is fierce. In order to better recommend high-quality merchants and products to consumers and create the ultimate shopping experience, we will still verify the marketing activity qualifications for the stores that have passed the audition. At present, your store no longer meets the registration requirements for the event, such as "reputation, product quality, buyer rating, popularity, collection, sales, past event effects and other factors", so we cannot register for sub-venue/peripheral activities.    

       6. [Subsite/Operipheral] Merchant: How many sub-venues can my store attend? How many places can you attend in the outer venue?    

       When registering, you can check the requirements of each venue and register as long as you meet the requirements. Among them, the review standards for sub-venue venues are much higher than those for peripheral venues. Usually, the number of products approved by sub-venue venues is much smaller than that of peripheral venues.    

       A single product can only participate in one branch venue, and if the branch venue is registered, you cannot participate in the peripheral venue.    

       Operational FAQ

       1. Merchant: When registering for products, do you support the registration for interval prices?    

       If you fill in the promotional price when registering, it means that the venue does not support the interval price. Please delete the multi-price sku before registering (the multi-price sku must be deleted, but the inventory is set to 0 and cannot be registered); if you fill in the discount rate, it means that the interval price is supported, and the final activity price will be discounted on the basis of each sku price.    

       2. Merchant: Why did I not ask me to take the exam and set up store red envelopes for the [Double 11] event?    

       If you are not required to take the exam and set red envelopes when registering for the venue, it means that the industry you are applying for will not force the Double Eleven store red envelopes in this Double Eleven promotion. You just need to set a full discount.
   

       Warm reminder: After successful setting, the red envelope collection entrance will be displayed on the baby’s details page, favorites, and shopping cart pages.    

       3. Merchant: What does full free shipping mean during Double 11 activities? Will daily postage still take effect?
   

       Free shipping for Double 11 Taobao Carnival Events is a non-essential option. You can choose or not according to your own store situation. Free shipping for daily settings will expire on the day of the big promotion.
