On September 27, the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce recently announced ten typical cases of special online law enforcement actions, including "Silly Tui.com" and "Yuanjiuzhuo" and other online platforms speculating on commercial credibility.

In this case, the "Satu Tui.com" operated by Hangzhou Jianshi Network Technology Co., Ltd., the "Yuandian Grab" website operated by Hangzhou Information Technology Co., Ltd., the "Lingla.com-ear commission" website operated by Hangzhou technology company, and the "Blue Sky and Bliss Water" operated by Hangzhou e-commerce Co., Ltd. are all suspected of illegal acts of hyping commercial reputation orders and credit speculation online and are investigated and punished.
After investigation, the cumulative amount of order brushing on the above four platforms involved was as high as 120 million yuan. Registered merchants involved in domestic well-known e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, and Mogujie. There were 18,600 merchants involved in the case and 63,600 brushers involved in the case. At present, four online platforms have speculated on commercial reputation order brushing cases, and the Xihu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau imposed an administrative penalty of 560,000 yuan on the above four order brushing platforms.
According to CCTV's "Online Consumption Trap" series of "Chongqing News" on the 27th, many online store merchants spent money to hire third parties to brush orders, but were deceived.

According to one of the merchants who reported the case, he found a company that provided order brushing services online. The other party said that it only costs 598 yuan to brush it into five diamonds. After the merchant made a payment to the bank account designated by the other party, the other party did not brush it. Instead, he asked the merchant to send another 3,000 yuan to brush it for other reasons. The merchant felt that he had been cheated, so he called the police.

Online store order brushing is common
After investigation, the police found that hundreds of people across the country had made money in the bank accounts involved in the aforementioned case, and the account was frozen for more than 200,000 yuan. In the end, the police arrested the suspect in the case. The latter introduced that he opened an online company in Guilin, Guangxi. There were dozens of people in the company, and he specifically committed fraud against merchants under the banner of order swiping.
CCTV reported that at least hundreds of Taobao sellers were cheated, and these sellers were spread all over the country. However, few of the cheated merchants came out to protect their rights and reported the case to the public security organs. Some of the cheated people were even afraid of it when the police investigated and visited. The reason was obvious because the cheated people were Taobao sellers, and their practice of spending money to buy orders was explicitly prohibited by Taobao.com.
