Dear merchants:

In order to standardize the market management order of Tmall online shopping platform and provide consumers with a better shopping experience, Tmall will upgrade the "Door-to-door installation service standard".

The change of the rules will be announced on December 19, 2017 and will officially take effect on December 27, 2017.

Main changes:

1. The "Door-to-door installation service standard" has been upgraded to the "Home Decoration Appointment Installation Service Standard";

2. Add category support: hardware tools, home decoration lighting light sources, storage and organization, and home fabrics;

3. Improve the compensation points for Tmall if the merchant has not provided services;

4. Add instructions for areas and remote areas that do not support services.
