7、未来 30 年是旅游产业爆炸的时期,因为未来将会有几个亿的中产阶级,物质满足之后,精神的需求爆发式增长,这个也符合马斯洛的需求分层。未来不是“吃饭”的问题,物质满足之后人的主要需求是:寻找自己,未来几年我会重点投资这方面的产业。
8、巴菲特 99.8%的资产是在他 50 岁后赚到的,很多看起来聪明的短期行为从长期收益来看都很傻,很短视,而很多看起来很慢的事情,长期的回报却是指数级增长的,是时间的复利,做时间的朋友,做一个长期主义者。

12、我做投资看到那些优秀的创始人和好的赛道,没找到盈利模式的企业就非常开心。因为没人愿意跟进,只要这件事情能创造价值,就要支持创始团队亏钱去快速提升企业的价值和优势,企业值钱了自然会有更多机会赚钱。滴滴、美团、淘宝、支付宝、京东物流等都是这样。
13、我做投资 4 年,投资了几十家公司,最大的经验就是“以人为本”,人永远是第一位,事是第二位。投资就是选对人,对的人能把错的事做对,错的人能把对的事做砸,对的人不太会选错事,投资就是投人。

41、对人生的感悟是一切的基础,所谓三观:世界观、人生观、价值观,三者密不可分,人因机遇而成功,但要持久和快乐离不开三观。《道德经》是梳理正确三观的好书,研习它就能抓住事物的规律,也能抓住成功的规律,依照规律做事就不那么难。
42、佛家讲活在当下,这句话能量很大。很多人经常活在过去的执念、执着里, 或者活在未来的妄想里,人只有活在当下才真正属于自己,属于自己的意识和真实的感受。那么问题来了,真的有当下吗?我认为是没有的,因为“当下”马上会成为过去,人活着其实主要是感受,只有感受才勉强算是感觉到活着。但是这种感受像流水,在过去、现在、未来之间流动,感受只是刹那,甚至只是回忆、念头、妄想。因为过去不可得,未来不可得,现在又不存在,所以人生如梦幻泡影。人生只是一场体验,什么都得不到,得到了就意味着会失去,我们都无法真正拥有自己,更无法拥有那些得到的东西,明白这些后就无比放空,无比轻松, 放下不必要的执念和执着,才能拥抱更大能量。

48、只有痛苦才能治疗痛苦,从而让自己平静快乐,痛苦是人类进步之本,更是创业者成长之本,拥抱痛苦喜爱痛苦,让自己更痛苦主动寻找痛苦,这样才会更快乐、更充实、更有意义。

51、山不在高,有庙则灵,佛音让山有了灵魂。我之所以此生运气很好,是因为老家紧挨着一座寺庙,父母信佛,我从小就听着梵音,闻着香火气,这培养了我的善念,从不害人,也不伤人,从小父母教导我害人就是害己,伤害别人就是伤害自己。因为这个世界上的所有人事物,所有花草树木都是自己,是自己的映射,是自己的七十二变化。你把一只蚂蚁踩死的时候,就已经在伤害自己了,你坑骗别人的时候,你已经在坑骗自己了,对这个世界好一点,就是对自己好一点。
52、大雁塔是我第一次接触佛法的地方,很感谢八年前给我推荐《金刚经》的大雁塔工作人员,很多不必要的烦恼就此释然,从那之后我没有再失眠,一次都没有。因为我真正领略了佛陀的智慧。
佛教的精髓是佛学,也就是佛陀分享过的智慧记录,跟我们的《论语》差不多。大多数人都只是烧香拜佛磕头许愿,更有甚者还冠以迷信与神鬼,岂不知佛陀自己都排斥给他建庙宇和佛像。
其实,佛学三分之一讲的是物质与精神世界运行规律,三分之一讲的是哲学,三分之一讲的是心学。这些是每个人都必学的学问,特别是《心经》、《金刚经》、《六祖坛经》。做企业的人更应该读读,可以让我们更了解自己,也更了解人心、人性,了解后就所向披靡,一切不败,内心强大,能量无限,内心坚毅如金刚,无坚不摧,没有困难能挡得住。
53、我已经很多年没有迷茫过了,我对人生基本没啥迷茫的,我很明确此生的意义,我已经连续5年没有失眠过。人之所以迷茫是因为解决和思考问题的方法单一,遇到困惑和困难要从多个角度去思考,方向不能单一。我遇到困难,会从四面八方去思考和解决。如果思考只有一个方向,行不通自然就堵住了,接着就迷茫了。
比如商业竞争,很多人会打的死去活来,我基本都主动跟“对手”成为好朋友,至少不会为敌,更多的是去投资他们,人生很短暂,打来打去的结果很容易自损八百,我们应该化敌为友。当我们看到的世界更大时,根本就不会在一个角落跟别人死磕,浪费自己的生命,这也是为什么我创业十几年,遇到数不清的困难都能找到突破口的原因,我不画地为牢,拆掉思维里的墙,没有人和环境可以困住我们,束缚我们的是单一的思想。
54、人的一生就是一场投资,不是出手越多越好,而是每次出手都要稳准狠,要经得住时间长久的考验,少做事,做大事。给很多年轻创业者几点建议,那就是少折腾,少追风口,尽量每年少做点事,要做点大事,要多思考。十年做100件事,肯定不如做1件事,多就是少,少就是多,当你为自己得到一棵大树而沾沾自喜的时候,岂不知可能失去了一片草原。
55、善待身边的每一个人,因为人生苦难很多。人生遇到的每一个人都可能是贵人,在你空虚寂寞的时候,有人陪你喝一杯,当你想不通的时候,对方一句话能让你走出困局。当我们伤害了身边的人,或者对他们冷漠无情时,我们其实也在伤害自己。因为他们随时是帮助我们的人,当你善良的对待每个人,处处都是贵人,人人都是贵人,到那时就会心想事成,这就是相由心生,命由心造,持续修炼一颗善心,正心正念,我们遇见的每个人都是我们自己,善待他们就是善待自己。
56、一个人泡泡脚、祛祛湿、听听老歌,非常放松。想当年还是一枚菲迷,那通灵的声音直通心扉,当初20多岁,不是执着过去,就是执着现在或未来。长大后才知道,过去、现在、未来是同时存在的,并且过去、现在、未来也是同时不存在的。

1、看书=存钱。很多人不看书不学习,是不清楚有没有用或者不知道什么时候有回报,如果有人说,看书后第二天就有 200 元回报,估计很多人会坚持学习。但事实上,每天学习就是在存钱,虽然没人第二天给我们钱,但学习的回报都存在了银行里,迟早会兑现,到时可以支取的就不是 200 元,可能是 2 千万,所以坚持每天学习就等于在坚持每天存钱!
2、读书越多,越发感受到曾国藩这句话中的大智慧:一个喜欢读书的人,品格不会坏到哪去;一个品格好的人,一生的运气不会差到哪去;读书的厚度决定你今后远行的长度。当我们迷失的时候,不如停下来,读本书也是一种修炼。
3、越看《道德经》越深奥,仅仅“上善若水”四个字就博大精深,越来越相信
《道德经》是万书之源。比如《孙子兵法》讲的“避实击虚”就是“上善若水”, 水遇到坚硬的物体就会避开,再围绕它伺机而动。还有“反者道之动”,解释了宇宙万物和事物运行的规律。
4、每个人和每个企业家都想有预知未来的能力,如果能预知未来,那企业布局和投资就变得很容易。如何能预知未来呢?多读历史、哲学、心理学,这 3 门弄懂了,就可以预知未来,因为未来是过去的延续,未来是规律的延续,未来是人性的延续。
5、多学点“没用的东西”才能扩展认知,学习马上能用的东西固然重要,但最大的弊端就是限制了思想和想象,学习应该在不同阶段不断调整“有用”和“没用”的比例。比如我今后的学习就是“有用”的三成,“无用”的七成,这才能做大事,否则眼光永远只看到脚底下。
6、我读书的习惯已经十几年了,读书之功不在当下而在长期,一天两天感觉不到读书的效果,读书的成效一般会在一年后体现出来,你的眼神、健康、心态、面相以及家庭都会变化。读书也是最好的投资,投资回报率能达到 100000 倍, 超过房地产、股票、股权、黄金等一切投资。思想的改变是一切变好的源头,这个源头从读书开始。
7、优秀者不是天生的,而是有一个优秀的习惯,优秀习惯的培养过程是很可怕的。优秀不是一天造就的,而是在习惯的力量下加上时间的累积,达到积少成多。我见过的很多一年几个亿、几十亿的电商老板,并不比别人聪明,而是比别人有更多优秀的习惯,比如爱读书、爱交友、爱分享、爱帮助别人等,再结合一个好的圈子就很容易成功。
8、学习可能会让很多人痛苦,但是如果不学习会更痛苦,那时候就会自觉地学习,而现实是我们每天都承担着不学习带来的各种痛苦而不自知,比如迷茫、企业管理的焦虑、业务乏力等。
9、学一个东西,如何能更快地学到精髓,加入圈子是最好的方式。这个圈子里有信息、人脉、资源、知识、课程。你在圈子里能感受到不同的商业模式,不同的认知,聆听到不同的商业信息和信号。
10、一个人赚不到认知之外的钱,如果赚了超出认知的钱,会有很多后果,比如精神焦虑、家庭失和等。当你认知提升了,赚钱就会很轻松。
11、认识什么样的人,就会有什么样的思维模式。
12、很多人对未来的“未知”充满恐慌,其实根本不需要紧张,未来只是过去的延伸而已,应对未来的最好办法就是从现在开始学习,研究过去,研究现在。今年不会有什么突然出现的东西,大多都是去年趋势的延续,与其天天跟着变,不如多去研究“不变的东西”。世界不管怎么变,人性的贪嗔痴从来没有变过,变化要学习,但不要被变化带偏了初心,不盲从、不跟风,有的东西能变,有的东西不能变,就像老高电商,道不变、术常变!使命、初心、永远不变,方式方法常变常新。老板要有看清本质的能力,才能做到不急躁,泰山崩于前而淡然自若。
13、经济周期都是存在即合理,上升的时候“动”,下来的时候“静”,上升的时候消耗,下降的时候吸收。所以,未来两年是沉下心学习的最好时候。很多电商人生意做得很大,但是文化水平和知识储备还停留在 N 年前,这就是所谓的电商“煤老板”,所以要感谢行情下降,我们才有时间静下来思考和学习,也有时间锻炼身体和照顾家人。感谢下行,储备好能量迎来下一个新高峰。
14、很多人觉得学习很痛苦,奋斗很辛苦,其实“无知”带来的自卑和苦恼让人更痛苦,所以相比之下,学习之苦又算什么呢?在苦中修,痛苦的多了也挺爽的,慢慢喜欢上痛苦,经历痛苦与煎熬才能百炼成钢,才能点石成金,最后就是真正的洒脱与自由。
15、很多人说老高我太忙出不来,那是因为他不明白出来学习就是为了让自己变得不忙,如果出来学习让自己变得越来越忙,那学习何用?一定是学错了!出来学习就是为了变得不忙,从做事里脱离出来,让别人去做事,老板要定战略抓人才。
16、努力是没有意义的!人生要想有成就,就必须极度努力。如同煮开水,30度和90度没有区别,必须达到100度,人生才能沸腾。努力是基本条件,在这个基础上还要学会改变自己的性格,改变自己的习惯,改变自己的智商情商,改变自己的认知,最差的学习是学知识,最好的学习永远都是“带来改变”。演讲知识学得再多,也不如改变自己站到台前,学习再多的沟通艺术,也不如敢于沟通,管理知识学得再多,也不如敢于管理敢于突破自己性格。所有的学习,归根结底是改变自己的底层性格和底层思维,学知识只会让你成为电脑硬盘,不仅不能带来改变,反而会让你退步,学习的真正目的是把你从原来的段位提升到另一个段位,除此之外的学习都是祸害光阴。
17、学习使人快乐,了解更多的未知是一件快乐的事。创业者不仅要照顾好过去的业务,也要照顾好现在的业务,更要探索未来的业务,三个都很重要,要问哪个更重要,答案是未来的业务更重要。
18、学习非常重要,读书也很重要,这些年我最大的感受就是:100%的迷茫都是来自学习不够。学习不够,就没有独立思考的能力,就容易恐慌迷失、痛苦焦虑。学习决定了一个人事业的高度、精神富足、家庭幸福、身体健康的程度。学习决定了一切,而读书和圈子是最好的学习方式。

1、命运决定于选择,选择决定于判断,判断决定于智慧,智慧决定于境界,境界决定于经历+知识+悟性!所以得出答案:行万里路读万卷书很重要,但需要感悟和悟性,否则就只是一个邮递员!
2、看到什么就得什么,我们内心相信什么决定了我们能看到什么,而我们现在所得到的,都是我们相信的结果。好比我们相信电商,所以有了现在的生活!所以,未来的生活取决于我们现在相信什么。
3、“我”是一切的根源。不会游泳,换游泳池没有用;不懂爱情,换男女朋友也不行;不懂经营家庭,换爱人也难以幸福;不懂管理,换员工和客户于事无补; 不懂积累,换公司换老板、换老师也改变不了命运;不懂基本养生,补品再好医院再好也难长寿。自己是一切问题的根源,要想改变一切,首先要改变自己!
4、一个人的成就,取决于他对事物的判断力,做与不做,是与非,好与坏,相信还是不相信等。相信什么得到什么,但是相信什么不相信什么,是取决于我们的判断。准确地判断需要功力,这需要通过提升对事物渗透的洞察力。所以一个企业家最终要学习哲学,锻炼自己对事物判断的准确性!
5、定位很有道理,但是任何道理都是有条件的。信任可以突破定位!没有信任或信任不足,就需要定位。比如你是卖鞋子的,如果客户足够信任你,你明天搞个避孕套客户也会买,这种始终愿意追随的才叫粉丝,否则就需要定位,让客户知道你是卖鞋子的。定位也好,跨界也好,都是阶段性战略。
6、对一件事情专注是对的,但有时候也是错的。当你专注于某个行业的时候, 或许已经埋下了隐患!所谓战略都是阶段性的,在某个时间某个空间是对的,在另外的时间另外的空间,就是错的!当别人说要专注,我们要清楚,这是否符合自己的时间与空间,不然专注也是错的!
7、在少林寺看到一颗 1500 多年的古树,金冠俱乐部的兄弟们环绕着古树闭目静思,从它身上感受千年的灵气和气息。100 年前它在我们不在,100 年后它还在我们都已化作尘埃!我们对于古树都是瞬间的过客,而这次相遇只化作刹那!想到这里,我的感悟是:放下、静心、敬畏!
8、看完《三国演义》感受到中国文字的博大精深,比如里面有一句很牛逼的话: “挟天子以令诸侯”,“奉天子以令不臣”。同样一件事情,不同立场的人说法不同,没有对错。感悟:定位很重要,文案很重要,看事物要客观要多角度,听到的话并不一定是你听到的样子,要剖析。
9、要学会深度思考,学会自己与自己对话。在这个繁杂的时代,安静地深度思考是一个老板的核心竞争力,之所以要深度思考就是为了不随波逐流,不人云亦云。绝大部分的思想趋同都不会让你有成就,你必须有自己独特的思路,必须有完全不同于 99%的人的思想才行。因为凡是大成的人,他的思想一定跟 99%的人完全不同,甚至不被理解。要想成为那 1%卓越的人,就必须和绝大数人完全不同思想,就必须进行深度思考。
10、人与动物都是命运共同体,不敬天就不会爱人,贪欲过剩必将害人害己,本质上还是缺乏信仰,没有敬畏之心,天不怕地不怕是一种自我毁灭的心态,看起来是疫情,实际上是人心生病了,文化信仰是未来的急需品,物质越发达就越需要精神来平衡,否则物质的发达不会带来幸福,反倒会带来贪婪和灾祸,疫情病毒我们都需要闭门反思。
11、银河系的恒星大约有 5000 亿颗,太阳只是其中一颗恒星,而宇宙中的星系数量比地球上的沙粒还多,所以地球微不足道,人也很渺小,渺小到毫无意义可言,所以过好当下,创造意义,不必执着。
12、祖国万岁,感恩这个时代,幸好生在这几十年,如果生在非洲,或者生在100 年前,都不一样。如果马云生在肯尼亚,如果腾讯在刚果成立,我想都不会有现在的成就,我们是时代的产物,我们的命运也是国家的命运,感谢有你!中国,你强我才强,我强你更强。
13、所有生命的规律都是“节奏”,也就是周期、频率和波动。企业的生命是这样,产品的生命周期也是这样,有起步期、发展期、高峰期、衰退期。人与人之间的关系也是这样,无论爱情、亲情、友情都有周期和节奏,不可能一直亲密, 也不可能一直仇恨,从陌生期到熟悉期到甜蜜期到矛盾期然后到衰退期,万事万物都是这样。所以,我一直提醒会员要在事业高峰期之前转型,寻找第二和第三曲线,延续企业生命周期,如果到事业下滑期再转型就为时晚矣。人生也是充满波动,企业家中有的人前高后低(如昔日首富牟其中),有的人前低后高(如马云),有的人起起落落(如史玉柱)。我作为投资人,这么多年一直锻炼自己, 去判断一个创始人在周期的哪个点位上,也要判断他的属性是哪种节奏的人。投资的本质是寻找被低估价值的人,去帮助那些被低估的人。
14、我们还能活着,还能工作,还能网购,还能创业,还能做电商,还能看樱花, 还能看到春天,这一切都是因为无数抗疫烈士的舍命付出!我们不会忘记为这次疫情牺牲的抗疫烈士和逝世同胞,是他们用常人难以想象的付出,拯救了人们的希望,是他们给了我们活着的可能,永远缅怀,沉痛哀悼。
15、最近很多人旅行,地理上的旅行确实能开阔视野,但物质世界、地理世界都是有限的,精神世界才是无限的。未来几十年,精神危机是国人最大的危机。去餐厅吃饭会发现,很多人在跟家人或对象吃美食时,看着手机一声不语。这让我感慨物质提升后,人真的幸福吗?我想幸福只是一阵子,因为物质发展到一定水平后幸福感会停滞,这时候需要的是精神世界的底层构建,也就是俗话说的信仰。其实真正的幸福是在追逐幸福的路上,如果精神世界或幸福建立在物质这条船 上,那真的很不稳定。我们的精神会因为物质的多寡而波动,人会变得焦虑,精神地基不稳永不安宁。如果真的人人都富裕了,却没有精神世界和信仰,真的不敢想象。

17、相由心生,物由心造!人所拥有的“身外之物”都是心造出来的,有什么样的心就决定了你有什么样的世界、有什么样的成就。人不可能取得认知之外的成就,认知又是由心决定的,所以修炼自己的内心是根本。创业者最重要的不是急于获得金钱,如果不修心,不提升认知,赚的都是辛苦钱和“低端的钱”,做的只是“辛苦活儿”,而且还很焦虑!创业者到最后,其实拼的是谁在认知上没有明显短板,比如你很理性,逻辑能力强,但如果不感性,会缺失很多朋友,特别是优秀的朋友,那样就很难实现整合资源。如果你很感性,很有亲和力,很善于结交朋友,但做事的逻辑性不好,也做不成大事。如果感性和理性都做的很优秀, 但不会表达也会打折扣。如果前面都很好,但是心态不好,修养不好也会打折。所以到最后都要通过修炼,让自己变得可以接得住任何机会。改造自己其实是痛苦的,把自己的优势发挥到极致,再改造升级自己的性格短板,让自己变成水。为什么是水?因为水可以是任何形状,可以跟任何人事物相融。虽然修炼过程很痛苦,但也很有成就感。每一个改造的前期都很痛苦,但带来的却是更长久的幸福与快乐。
18、很多人只会算数学的账,不会算哲学的账,只会算短期的账,不会算长期的账。比如数学上 1+1=2,哲学上就很有意思了,1+1=二,也可以是 1+1=十,还可以是 1+1=D,千变万化。比如你和老婆吵架,你们争论谁对谁错就是一笔数学账, 其实双方都是输家,因为感情都受伤了。哲学思维怎么解决呢?如果夫妻吵架了, 你不要跟对方吵,只需要说一句“我们去看电影吧”,或者送一束玫瑰,吵架自动就结束了。夫妻之间不要讲理,要讲感情,用爱去解决吵架讲道理的问题,这就是哲学思维,直抵事物本质。
19、很多人经济寒冬都不投资了,有哲学常识的人都知道事物发展是波浪形的, 高峰低谷都有周期,事物发展是循环往复又螺旋上升的。现在这样的创业环境和经济环境,才正是我们大干一场的时候。就像巴菲特说的:“别人恐惧我“贪婪”,别人“贪婪”我恐惧。”无论经济怎么变,只要中国 14 亿人口还在,只要全球65 亿人口没有减少,就有抓不完的机会,只是需求暂时有所变动而已。我们只需抓住变化的规律,按照规律对应调整就好了。

21、认知的提升之所以比赚钱更重要,是因为认知没提升的人就算赚到了红利机会的钱,也会因为认知不够而亏掉。市场不好的时候,也是好好休息和学习的机会,否则老忙着赚钱,就没时间学习和提升认知。如果你眼里只守着 1 个亿,没有100 亿,你是不会把自己的认知往 100 亿去提升的,你也忙得不可开交,更抽不出时间去提升,最佳做法就是想办法守住1 个亿,同时抽出身把自己提升到100 亿的认知,比如找到好的人才帮你管公司,建立好的流程让公司能够自动运转,这样就能有更多时间出来接触认知高的人,接触优秀的人,接触比你成功的人,到时候你可能会发现一年赚几个亿很轻松就搞定了,不需要那么费劲,接着你的目标就是把公司折腾到 10 个亿、100 个亿。所以要顺应规律,顺应大道。
22、老板一定要想办法把在公司的时间、工作所用时间压缩到 50%以下,必须倒逼自己,想办法把你在公司的时间、在工作事务上的时间压缩。另外 50%时间寻找顶级人才、寻找新的盈利增长点、出来学习交流,优化你的战略。

这一点在商业竞争中很常见,高纬度的人眼里只有合作与更广阔的天地,没有那么多的杀杀杀。低纬度的人看到竞争对手,看到的是敌人;高纬度的人看到竞争对手,看到的是合作伙伴。降维打击这个词是一个极其荒谬的词,现实商业中真正高纬度的人不会去打击低纬度的人,低纬度的人与人之间充满的都是敌意,高纬度的人与人之间更多是合作、共赢、融合,是尊重、帮助,是合与和。
26、最近很多朋友谈到风水,搬家看风水,买房看风水,几年前学习国学的时候,我也学习过周易和阴阳五行,后来学佛学,再后来我也不看风水了。因为最大的风水是自己的心,心动则风水动,心好则风水好,心光明则风水光明,心黑暗则风水黑暗。
正如我师父说的,风水好固然好,风水不好的地方就更要去,要让不好的风水因我而改变。记得前几年,我们办公室去的就是一座人气不足的大楼,后来因为我们公司搬进去大楼人气越来越旺,我非常开心。
风水最重要的是“我心”,其表现就是做的事情是否有意义。如果做的事情能利他的,能对别人带来很大帮助,那么无论你身处何地都有客户循迹而来;如果做的事情是伤天害理的,那么就算再好的风水也会灭亡。
自古帝王、将相、富贾、豪商该衰亡的时候,可不是风水能救活的。寒窑出贵子的案例比比皆是,所以我从不看风水,却一年比一年顺,原因就是不断的种福田、种善因。为别人带来价值,那风水就一定越来越好。我无论去哪里都能自带好风水,任何地方因我在此地都能向善变好,任何人与我交往都能因我向善、因我福运高照。所以不要去看“好风水”,而是要成为“好风水”!

6、社交是一种投资,你现在结交的每一位平凡朋友都要用心相处,不能因为职位高低而区别对待,也许未来某一天,他们会成为可以帮助我们的人。就像我们每年的七月峰会,为什么能请到那么多的高管,因为我们在几年前认识了他们, 那时并没有因为彼此的职位而疏远,正是因为长期以往的真诚相待,才会有关键时刻的出手帮助。
