On April 26, the 2019 Cross-border E-commerce Development Forum and the founding ceremony of Laogao Cross-border E-commerce Club was grandly held in Hangzhou. The forum is hosted by Laogao Cross-border E-commerce Club and co-organized by China (Hangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, Amazon Global Store Opening, AliExpress, eBay, and Shopee. After more than ten years of development, e-commerce has become more diversified. From the original traditional domestic platform e-commerce, it has gradually diverged into social e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce. In the future, the mainstream international trade method of China will become cross-border e-commerce, and the market will be very huge. Lao Gao said that no matter how busy domestic business is, you must spend your energy to learn and understand cross-border e-commerce.
After communicating with domestic and foreign merchants, Lao Gao said that Chinese brands and products have been widely recognized by foreign consumers. In addition, domestic e-commerce, whether Taobao or JD.com, traffic has already reached a bottleneck. If domestic companies want to break through such bottlenecks, they must go overseas. Considering the layout of enterprises in the next five to ten years, he believes that this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and suggests that merchants must make such a long-term layout.
Lao Gao said that I have been conducting research for one and a half years, visiting many platforms, merchants and foreign trade factories, and found that it is not a phenomenon, not just something that can be done in two or three years, but something that can be continued for ten or twenty years. At the meeting, Lao Gao shared with everyone why it was necessary to prepare for Lao Gao's cross-border e-commerce club. There are three points below.
