  What I want to tell e-commerce people is: Don’t be confused and don’t be hesitant. No matter what new gameplay and new skills are, you don’t have to be nervous. Instead of pursuing changing things every day, it’s better to look at things that are unchanging and will be more calm. Because the fundamentals of all business are whether you can help your users and whether you can continue to provide value to your users. As long as you are valuable to users and continue to be needed by users, it will definitely be better. So as long as you grasp the two key points of products and users , you won’t die. Let customers always need you and continue to need you, and you will not be abandoned by customers. It’s that simple!

  I think I am qualified to say this, because we have experienced many e-commerce changes over the years. We have always stood firm because we have grasped the products and users, constantly upgraded our products and services, and made customers need you more inseparable from you, constantly do "altruism" to our customers, constantly grasping customers firmly and transforming them into loyal fans to win the "hearts of the people". As the saying goes, those who win the hearts of the people win the world, customers are like water, and water can carry a boat and can also overturn it!
