  In the years when social e-commerce was not popular, most businesses did this. Later, WeChat became popular, with 1 billion monthly active users, mini programs became popular, and mature WeChat payment seemed to be a complete system for social e-commerce. The social e-commerce that everyone recognizes has also become the standard configuration with WeChat.

  Social e-commerce does not necessarily have only WeChat, but there must be social e-commerce in WeChat. Recently, there has been another voice, social e-commerce is the "disruptor" of e-commerce, but there are countless examples of subverting "disruptors". This voice comes from representative companies of social e-commerce, gathering.

  In the early morning of October 9, Yunji founder and CEO Xiao Shangluo posted an internal letter to all Yunji users. In the letter, Xiao Shangluo said that Yunji is facing a period of transformation from social e-commerce to member e-commerce.

  Is this a new trend? Not yet known. But what we know is that the track of social e-commerce is becoming more and more crowded, and Yunji is about to open up a new battlefield. Xiao Shangluo believes that from the perspective of users, member e-commerce is Yunji's true face and competitive advantage.
