But if my teaching method did not influence students, it would ruin a person's life, so I proposed to resign and go out to do business.
My frustrated life
In 1997, when Beijing was in a sluggish foreign trade, I went to work in a factory in Wenzhou. At that time, I felt that I had found happiness again. I studied product knowledge very seriously and learned to communicate with customers. However, within a year, my will began to decline again because the company's development expanded and went bankrupt.
If the company had not gone bankrupt at that time, I might have continued to do it, but when the company arrived, I could only return to Beijing. At this time, a friend was in a foreign trade company and asked me to help. So I was in a small business with only two or three employees, and even a workshop. One person had multiple jobs and did a lot of work. Fortunately, I was doing foreign trade work in my major. The boss was not in China. I took all the work and could make the decision. At that time, I only had a salary of 1,500 yuan, and I worked for 10 years.
The company has developed smoothly along the way. At the end of 2001, the company opened a branch in Shanghai. Maybe the boss saw my diligence and my ability. In 2002, I was also transferred to Shanghai to be responsible for the operation of the Shanghai branch. I began to change from an individual to a team, started some management training, and also had my own experience in management, and some like-minded subordinates who were more aware of what I did. Until now, there are several old employees, from nothing to something, and then to a peak, all of which I have experienced with this team.
Even when the foreign trade industry was in a downturn in 2008 (financial crisis), we still maintained a 25% growth. At that time, I was a little bit unable to find myself. There was indeed too much applause and ejaculation around me. When I saw the people around me, I felt that they were not as good as me, and I began to become crazy and my management work was getting stricter and stricter.
When I was concentrating on my work, I often got up at 7 o'clock and went to bed at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning, but when the company entered a stage of rapid development, my mood became worse again. I made some ruthless efforts in management. I made the factory regulations and all the office regulations very detailed, and the performance was calculated at a penny. The office regulations were unified so that even the left foot or right foot must be unified when walking.
At this time, conflicts began to arise, and everyone who should leave was gone. I didn’t know what kind of devil I was possessed. When I realized my problem, my problem became even more serious - moderate depression. I went to see a doctor, and the doctor prescribed medicine for me and asked me to rest. I also gave myself a vacation and space. However, when I was on vacation, I still brought 4 work cell phones. I couldn't receive calls or messages for five minutes, so I was crazy. I still can't change this state.
A moment of fate

This is completely different from traditional industries. In traditional industries, it is all confidential. In this circle, the communication is very sincere. Here I found a feeling of home, and I found the taste of home. It should be said that Lao Gao built a bridge of trust between us strangers and strangers. At that moment, I especially wanted to apologize to Lao Gao. I wanted to tell him that I am sorry to everyone, I look down on e-commerce people, and my ideas are very stupid. Of course, I didn’t do that that day, but on the second day of the club meeting, I took the initiative to find Lao Gao. I told him what I thought. Lao Gao expressed his understanding of me and forgave my thoughts.
This year is my seventh year of joining Laogao E-commerce Club. After 7 years in the club, our e-commerce team has gone from outsourcing to self-cultivation, sales, from hundreds of thousands of sales a year to tens of millions of sales today.
