Tencent JD.com invests in Vipshop: WeChat JD.com will add Vipshop entrance

　　On the morning of December 18, Tencent, JD.com and Vipshop jointly announced today that the three have reached a final agreement, and Tencent and JD.com will invest a total of approximately US$863 million in Vipshop in cash during transaction delivery.

　　The subscription price is about 55% premium to the ADS closing price as of the last trading day ended December 15, 2017.

　　While signing the equity subscription agreement, Tencent and JD.com reached strategic cooperation agreements with Vipshop respectively, and Tencent, JD.com and Vipshop will establish a partnership after the transaction is delivered. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Tencent will give Vipshop the portal on its WeChat wallet interface.

　　JD.com will also connect to Vipshop on its mobile app main interface and the main interface of the first-level WeChat shopping portal to help Vipshop achieve certain transaction volume targets on JD.com's channel.
