　　In order to make it easier for members to view the complete dispute handling rules, we plan to include the dispute handling of banned goods and gifts in the "Taobao Platform Special Products/Transaction Disputes Handling Rules".

　　The change will be announced on December 15, 2017 and will officially take effect on December 22, 2017.

　　The main changes to this rule are as follows:

　　1. Add rules for handling disputes for banned goods in the "Taobao Platform Special Commodity/Transaction Dispute Handling Rules".

　　2. Include the original "Taobao Gift Dispute Handling Standards" in the "Taobao Platform Special Products/Transaction Dispute Handling Rules". The original rule is invalid at the same time when this rule change takes effect.
