New "Knowledge Service" second-level category public notice - Tmall Rules

　　In order to adapt to the rapid development of the Tmall platform and improve consumers' shopping experience, Tmall plans to add a second-level category of "Knowledge Services" and simultaneously adjust the entry requirements and tariff standards.

　　The adjustment of this rule will be announced on December 1, 2017 and will officially take effect on December 8, 2017.

　　Core changes:

　　Added the second-level category of "Knowledge Service" under the first-level category of "Books/Magazines/Newspapers"
