The group will be responsible for monitoring and identifying order brushing and false evaluations, and will work online and offline to crack down on order brushing. It is worth mentioning that the Meituan Integrity Team was a specially set up team. It is independent of the business team and conducts daily inspections and proactive discoveries through a combination of system algorithms and manual methods, and cooperates with the public security and industry and commerce to crack down on order-brushing gangs. In addition, Meituan Dianping currently has more than 300 algorithms for screening for false reviews. Since 2017, the Meituan Travel Integrity Team has seized 214,436 illegal orders and punished 4,082 merchants.

　　Although Meituan has introduced detailed measures to rectify the phenomenon of platform order brushing , some industry insiders believe that this is just the tip of the iceberg of the stubborn problem of various high-traffic e-commerce platforms, and the Lijiang Gucheng Inn order brushing incident is not an isolated case. The person further stated that consumers cannot face products intuitively through the Internet, and need to rely more on product descriptions, consumption evaluations, sales volume and other information on the platform for comparison and selection. Especially the positive review rate and sales volume often become the block that consumers pay the most attention to. The higher the positive review rate, the greater the probability of the product being sold.
