Dear merchants:
In order to protect the rights and interests of merchants, Tmall will give merchant tools to mitigate the impact on some abnormal behaviors, but some merchants have abused such tools, which will have adverse effects on consumers. Therefore, Tmall will add new control rules for such abuse of tools.
This rule change will be announced on August 14, 2017 and will officially take effect on August 21, 2017.
