The first point of Shentong’s thoughts is not to solve the problem and reflect on himself, but to remain silent and try to get away with it. After the media finally exposed it, they turned the blame to the courier without paying attention. This kind of blame-shifting behavior is really not convincing.

  Compared with the declaration of SF Express boss Wang Wei's strong loyalty in the incident of being beaten by SF Express couriers, it is even more verified. Whether an enterprise can unite employees with different backgrounds, different knowledge and different abilities to do their work for itself must at least have a reasonable corporate culture as a binder. Shentong is obviously unqualified in this regard.

  This express case of injury actually has two perspectives:
