　　Laogao E-commerce Club reminds: In order to standardize the normal operation order of Taobao's pesticide and veterinary drug markets and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in Taobao's pesticide and veterinary drug markets, Taobao lists "Second-level category: pesticides" as a specific market commodity. At the same time, Taobao will implement qualification access to the first-level category "Level 2 category under the animal husbandry/breeding materials: animal health products/veterinary medicines" and list them as specific market products. Taobao sellers who publish veterinary medicine products will be required to submit relevant information, and the qualification entity is consistent with the Taobao store opening entity.

　　This announcement was announced on June 9, 2017 and officially took effect on June 16, 2017.

The main changes are as follows:

　　1. List “Second-level category under agricultural materials: pesticides” as a specific market commodity;

　　2. Include "Level 2 category under animal husbandry/breeding materials: animal health products/veterinary medicines" in the access category and be listed as a specific market commodity. The specific execution steps are as follows:

　　(1) From the date of the effective date of this announcement, sellers of newly issued products under the category "Environmental Husbandry/Breeding Materials: Animal Health Products/Vegetative Medicines" must meet the relevant access requirements before they can publish the products;

　　(2) From the date of publication of this announcement to July 30, 2017, the transition period is the time. Sellers who have published animal health products/veterinary medicine products must submit relevant qualifications and filed with Taobao within the transition period;

　　(III) Starting from August 1, 2017, Taobao will remove unqualified animal health products/veterinary medicine products without deductions;

　　(IV) Starting from September 1, 2017, Taobao will handle animal health products/veterinary medicine products that have not submitted relevant qualification registration in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Publishing of Unauthorized Products Rules".
