China's housing prices have not risen

2017-03-30

I am not a professional real estate practitioner and my understanding of Chinese real estate is not so professional and comprehensive, so the following words can only be regarded as my own little observation, and I hope I can discuss it with you.

China's housing prices have not risen

The government has the final say in housing prices

First of all, we will make it clear that the control of China's housing prices has always been in the hands of the government. What capital markets, real estate developers, and home buyers may have an impact, but they have never made any decisions. Only the government regulates housing prices, but no one controls the real estate market.

Food, clothing, housing and transportation are the basic needs of the people. Look at who in China dares to hoard goods and raise the price of grain. If the people can’t eat, they will destroy you in minutes. The same goes for houses. It feels like unscrupulous developers, mother-in-law, and brick-dollars are raising housing prices. In fact, they only account for a small factor. As a living that concerns the people's vital interests, housing prices will only be controlled in the hands of the government.

Although it seems that the whole people are complaining about the high housing prices, since the government has not taken heavy measures to rectify housing prices, it can only mean one thing: China's housing prices are still within a reasonable range and have no destructive impact on the lives of the vast majority of people.

The middle class is the most deceptive

The reason why it seems that the whole of China is complaining about housing prices is that it feels like it is going to be crushed to death by housing prices, it is just because it is deceived by media and public opinion. What you are saying never means that everyone agrees with it, and never forget the silent majority.

The most classic thing is the conversation between Chai Jing and Ding Zhongli, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Chai Jing seems to be on the side of justice and questioning authority for the interests of the people, but in fact she only represents herself and only a small number of people behind her. When she starts to care about her health, some people in China may still be fighting for survival. When she feels that the smog problem makes our blue sky no longer beautiful, some people in China may be laughing happily for a job...

  No one can represent anyone.

But the paradoxical thing is: the public opinion environment has always been "I represent..."

Going back to the housing price issue, although the rich have considerable say, either the housing prices do not affect the wealthy's housing purchase problem, or the rich themselves are the beneficiaries of this feast, and they will not complain about housing prices.

On the one hand, the poor have no or little say, and on the other hand, they have never hoped that they could afford a house. Those who make money bought a home in their hometown. Those who don’t make money can inherit a house from their parents. In the end, they will not wander on the streets, and they will not complain about housing prices.

Only the middle class is richer than the poor, but it is not as rich as that of a house like a rich man. This is very painful. If you don’t work hard, you can’t buy a house in first- and second-tier cities in China. It would be strange if you don’t scold me.

Paradox is paradox here. Most of China's public opinion discourse power is in the hands of the middle class. The poor do not speak, and the rich do not need to say it. As a result, the illusion that the whole Chinese people complain about housing prices. If the people of the whole country complain, they will not be afraid of revolution. The government is more sensitive than everyone else.

  Cruel, realistic

Why should the government struggle with the middle class? Because the middle class is the engine of the entire society. The middle class among the creators of social wealth is the most dynamic, and the government must spend a lot of energy to stimulate the positive potential of the entire middle class and contribute to socialist China.

It is obvious that people are lazy, especially the middle class with a rampant petty bourgeoisie. If you can enjoy it, never struggle, and force them to keep them in panic all the time, they will not be at ease to fight for the great socialist construction.

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen where the dream is located is both a paradise and a hell. The best conditions and the most opportunities in China are here, and the most expensive housing prices, medical care and education are also tightly suppressed. Want to realize your dream? Then do it hard. I have everything I have done, but I can’t do it well and go back to my hometown with peace of mind.

It's cruel and realistic. Complaints are the right thing to do, and hard work is the right thing to do.

In fact, the government's means are not just houses, but the house costs are the most concentrated, well-known, and the most topical, and they are taken out by the middle class to bombard.

China's housing prices have not risen

On the macro level, China's housing prices have never risen, and it has always remained at the same level - only a few middle-class elites can buy houses. If it is too easy to buy, there will be no incentive effect and no one can buy it, so everyone will lose their can. So the middle class is cursing the world and complaining about housing prices, while working hard to save money to buy a house.

Of course, there has never been a perfect policy, nor can we take care of all the government, and we do not expect the housing price policy to go smoothly as expected. But we still have to believe in the government.

Real estate policy is a game for middle-class people. If the rich participate too much, they will be shameless, so they will have to purchase restrictions.

Real estate policies are to promote social progress. If the speculators such as real estate speculation groups are too ugly, they will deal with you.

It is your luck for developers to encounter such opportunities, but if you are too greedy, you won’t talk about the settlement after autumn.

Real estate policies are to promote the growth of social wealth rather than to allow officials to gain social wealth excessively. They violate party discipline and national laws and should be dismounted.

Real estate policies must not be the culprit of social injustice, otherwise there will be no need to exist.

  Finally, I want to say:

A house has never been the whole purpose of a person's life struggle. If so, it would be too sad.

Work hard, a house should always be a natural result. If you can't afford a house even if you fight hard, it proves that you are hoping for something you shouldn't get. Since you can't afford it, don't buy it. Anyway, you can't afford it even if you complain.

Just live your life well, there is no need to tie your happiness to the house.
