1) After the product is approved, the merchant needs to stop payment in advance (as defined in the "Alipay Service Agreement", the same below) and the basic fee will be bound to the Alipay. When all products are officially joined, the basic fee will be deducted to the Taobao purchase account and will not be refunded.
2) When the accumulated amount of the receipt transaction order is confirmed after the group starts, the technical service fee calculated based on the rate of the technical service fee of the corresponding category is equal to or lower than the basic fee deducted when the group starts, the system will not perform the real-time deduction of the technical service fee (that is, the system is exempt from technical service fees).
3) When the accumulated confirmed receipt transaction order amount is calculated based on the rate of the corresponding technical service fee, the technical service fee calculated based on the rate of the corresponding technical service fee is higher than the basic fee deducted when the group starts, the system will deduct the real-time deduction technical service fee for the part that exceeds the transaction amount (the transaction amount of the free technical service fee = the basic fee/the rate of the corresponding technical service fee) at the rate of the machine review service fee of the corresponding category until the total deduction of the basic fee and the real-time deduction of the technical service fee reaches the capping fee.
4) The main pit will drag the standard of the basic cost of each product by 100 yuan/time, and the standard of the capping fee will be 500 yuan/time.
Compared with the original charging method, the new charging method adopts a cap limit of 500 yuan, so business friends no longer have to worry that if the daily best-selling funds in the store participate in the main pit towing activities, a large additional technical service fee will be charged.
For example comparison:
Merchant A for men's clothing category registered for a men's clothing to participate in the towing activity. A total of 100,000 yuan was registered for the goods value, and the technical service fee rate for men's clothing category was 5%. New charging method
Since the final transaction amount is higher than the capped sales amount: 500 yuan? 5%=10,000 yuan
