  Abstract: On the 15th of this month, a group of 23 members from Laogao E-commerce Club's "First Purchase E-commerce" came to Hefei. During the visit and exchanges, each member benefited a lot and was deeply touched.

  Here we have no level difference, no cold-eyed discrimination, and only the heart that longs to run to the distance and wants to go to the next level!


  During this study tour, the host shared an analysis of previous failed cases, which mainly talked about: how to rely on brand resources and supply chain advantages and professional operation capabilities to comprehensively create a new retail ecosystem for social sharing!

  At the same time, the host Mr. Li shared with everyone on his company's operating philosophy, how to control every step in the operation so as to reduce loopholes, make the operation philosophy more perfect and the operation model more complete.

  At the end of the sharing, Mr. Li also explained the types of business forms, assessment elements, and adapted groups to the members. The pros and cons of them allowed members to have a deep understanding of their current location, points to pay attention to, and what problems they will encounter. It also gave each member a "vaccine".

  In addition to sharing, Mr. Li led the members to visit the company and explained to the members the culture and cooperative brands of their company, how to cooperate with so many big brands and maintain their trust.

After a short break, the members actively began to prepare for the upcoming discussions and sharing in the afternoon, wanting to learn more about business philosophy, operation methods, relationship maintenance, store promotion, and customer maintenance issues...

  The afternoon exchange and sharing were divided into three groups, and the group first discussed how to deal with the operation methods, relationship maintenance, store promotion, and customer maintenance issues. The group staff also asked the group leader to recommend the group leader to make records and have in-depth exchanges with the other two groups of group leaders.


  Time always passes quickly, and 90 minutes pass in a blink of an eye. Everyone is still immersed in the atmosphere of discussion and can’t extricate themselves, just because they really found a common language here and a way to solve the problem...


  The elites really made this time for them. With just a short 90-minute exchange, they can get a lot of "dry goods".

  Everyone exchanged their views after the discussion this time, which are mainly divided into the following points:

  1. How to maintain customer trust: First of all, we must understand the customer's psychological methods and make the trust between customers purposefully. Surprises are certain, so that we can feel the surprise. There is the care of our personnel online and the experience we provide offline, so that we have a good impression of the store. With the usual care, every customer can have a firm attitude towards the store.

  2. Regarding the production concept of promoting short videos: First of all, don’t take too long, control it within 15sec, the content is more important, and the member exchanges statistics. Whether a video can be played in full is mainly at the beginning of 3sec. Therefore, we must catch the attention of every viewer at the beginning of 3sec, so that he can unconsciously watch the full video. We can use some comparison techniques and some simple small loopholes to let the audience see the loopholes in the middle and comment on it to achieve the effect of a surge in playback volume. Over time, the reputation will naturally be recognized by everyone.

  3. Some exchange views on exported goods: First of all, we must understand the local development situation and investigate the market so that we can make good layout and product distribution. There are two ways to increase sales: 1. Store volume 2. Focus on publicity. Once the goods are recognized by customers, they are becoming famous, and the cycle is gradually formed. The overall business methods are improved, and more markets can be opened up to increase sales in order to achieve profits.

  Time is always short, and the short day ends soon. At the end of this study tour, many members still lament that the time is too short. Members also want to exchange their own experiences and problems they encounter. We are really relieved to see each member’s face with unsatisfactory expressions. We held this event very successfully and received unanimous praise from the members. When we were about to part, the members also told us that we must notify them next time we went to study. They really like this learning method. There is no level difference, no cold-eyed discrimination, and only the heart that longs to run to the distance and wants to go to the next level!
