In order to give members of the Laogao E-commerce Club more learning opportunities, a new activity launched by the club in April 2017 - Laogao E-commerce Study Tour. The event covers all over the country. Members are organized to visit the club's outstanding companies 2-4 times a month to conduct inspections, study, special discussions, and confusion exchanges, so as to expand their connections more deeply, strengthen close contacts and exchanges between members, and increase cooperation opportunities.
In this beautiful April day in this world, with joy and longing, we came all the way to the first stop of Laogao e-commerce study tour - Mr. Qilin's original studio, witnessing the beginning of Laogao e-commerce study tour and embarking on the road of growth together.
Mr. Qilin was founded in 2014 and registered the trademarks of "Mr. Qilin" and "OUTSTANDER" in 2014. He hopes to express their confidence in becoming a minority in the crowd (the dragon and phoenix among people, the Qilin among clothes), and his positive attitude and feelings of independence among all beings (i.e. the meaning of OUTSTANDER). Today, I am very fortunate to come to your company to visit and study. I am also very grateful to Lin Jin for his warm reception with Mr. Lin.
Today's study tour is mainly divided into three major parts, welcome lunch, in-depth discussion of the theme, and night talks about confusion. It was already ten days old, and everyone had arrived one after another with the gentle spring breeze and had to sign in.
After signing in, all the members were already sitting there. Although it was the first time we met, there was no expected embarrassing scene and everyone had a lot of fun chatting. The luncheon starts with an in-depth introduction, and members know each other, which facilitates expanding their connections and increasing opportunities for cooperation. During the luncheon, everyone ate and drank and chatted, with a kind smile on their faces. The plan for the year lies in spring. Everyone gathers here, grasps every minute and every second, plans each other's company strategic management methods this year, and gives their own ideas and suggestions.
After lunch, everyone came to Mr. Qilin's original studio. First, Lin Jinyong and Mr. Lin led everyone to visit your company's warehouse and introduced the warehouse management system and processes to you on site. During the visit, everyone asked questions about their own warehouse questions. Mr. Lin also patiently gave the members the best answers, and everyone gained a lot.
Next, we will hold our afternoon theme seminar "On Your Own Learning and Team Growth Plan", which will conduct in-depth discussions on the topic. The seminar is conducted according to the grouping model, with each group of less than 10 people, and the discussion time is 1 and a half hours. The purpose of the grouping is to allow everyone to participate in the discussion in depth and share the essence of their own information with everyone. Although it only took an hour and a half, the real information that everyone discussed was full of discussion.
One and a half hours passed in a blink of an eye. Then everyone began to summarize for 15 minutes and recorded the essence of the discussions of their respective groups. Then the three groups began to state the implementation-based information explored by their own group. At this time, the atmosphere on the scene continued to rise, and everyone did not reserved to share their years of online experience with everyone who was doing it.
At this point, the theme seminar has come, and dinner has been prepared for everyone. Everyone sat together again and had dinner together. After contact during the day, everyone has completely let go of it. For the afternoon theme seminar, they once again proposed and solved the things they didn't understand.
After dinner, everyone could not wait and started the last part of the event in the dining hotel - a night talk about confusing questions. First of all, the purpose of today's confusing night talk is to conduct in-depth night talks on the issues raised by members, speak freely, and help member companies develop. After nearly two hours of intense discussion, everyone gained a lot.
We always reluctant to part. This study tour in Hangzhou has ended, and many of them are members from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. The day of exchange is not the end, it is just the beginning. It is already past 9 o'clock in the evening, and I am walking with local members and continuing to chat on the way home. Everyone always has endless topics to talk about. It is normal for communication between each other in the Laogao e-commerce club, and Laogao e-commerce study tours have brought everyone a distance and deepened the exchanges.
