#Laogao E-commerce Online Information# Starting from the 21st of this month, many netizens said that their video website member accounts have been leaked, which is not just as simple as the account leak. Many users reported that for the convenience of recharge, their account has been bound to Alipay, and theft of the account has threatened personal information and property security. Account leak platforms include iQiyi, LeTV, etc. The reporter searched for keywords such as "Video Website VIP Account Sharing" on search engines, and millions of entries appeared, including many of the latest updated in recent days. After clicking to enter, a large number of account passwords were directly hung on the website.

Account leaked? iQiyi and Youku massive account passwords have been announced

"I just recharged a member for less than a week and my phone kept receiving reminders to log in from other places. I realized after a few days that my account might have been stolen!" In order to watch TV series, Mr. He from Beijing purchased a gold member on the iQiyi mobile client in early December. Regarding the stolen account, Mr. He said he was puzzled: "I have only logged in on the iPhone client, but it was stolen in less than a week."

Is VIP account available for people to use online? Users complained that "it's too unreliable!"

Mr. He from Beijing told reporters that in early December, he purchased a gold member through the iQiyi mobile client, but just a week later, Mr. He kept receiving text messages reminders from logging in from another place on his mobile phone.

Mr. He recalled that his account was registered on the iQiyi mobile client. The phone he used was an iPhone and the iOS system was very clean. He had never trusted any plug-ins and there was no possibility of viruses in the mobile phone. "When registering, the client jumped out of H5, not native. I suspect it was either they leaked it or this page was attacked."

Mr. Zhou, who is also from Beijing, also encountered a similar situation. Starting from December 24, he kept receiving verification codes. When he logged into the account, iQiyi's website prompted: "Major risk: Dear user, the relevant information of your current account has been leaked on other websites, and there is a risk of stolen. Please change your password!"

"Has my account been stolen?" Mr. Wang told reporters that in early December, he received some verification text messages on his mobile phone, but he did not pay attention and did not know that the account was stolen. When the reporter told me the account number and password I saw on the website, Mr. Wang was very surprised, "Many of my platforms have this password, which is so unreliable!"

At the reporter's prompt, after logging in to his account, Mr. Wang found that LeTV prompted that he logged in too frequently and asked for SMS verification.

"I haven't used the LeTV account for a long time, so I didn't care. However, my account and password are used on many websites, which is too dangerous." Mr. Wang told reporters.

Although most leaked accounts cannot be used, there is a risk of "collision"

The reporter also searched for Youku VIP member sharing, LeTV member sharing and other words on the search engine. There are a large number of websites, and many website titles also include words such as "Updated on December 26".

"The editor will share the latest XXXvip account with friends for free, come and have a look!" Such words are written in posts or articles on the website. The reporter randomly selected 6 accounts (2 iQiyi, 2 LeTV, and 2 Youku) and tested them on their respective websites. He found that most accounts have been locked, and only one iQiyi account has been logged in successfully.

When searching, the reporter found that not only were there articles that directly hang the account password on the website, but also QQ groups that share the account with VIP. The rule for obtaining an account is "Enter the group, the group announcement is an invitation code, and you can get the account by filling in it."

After the reporter randomly selected a QQ group and entered it, according to the QQ group announcement prompt, he returned to the website and entered the verification code, and obtained a Youku account and successfully logged in on Youku.com. The latest browsing history of the account and the subscription information were all revealed. After dialing more than ten mobile phone numbers, the reporter found that although many accounts cannot be logged in and used, the password published on the website is correct, and many users’ multiple accounts use this password, which will pose a risk of leaking one and suffering a series of disasters.

Subsequently, the reporter contacted iQiyi, and its official customer replied: "There are many factors that caused theft of the account, such as logging in to the account in an unsafe public network environment (logging in public places, not logging out in time) or setting the password too simple or the same password as other websites or email accounts, and the account obtained through informal channels or sharing an account with others. These situations may cause the account to be stolen."

iQiyi customer service recommends that after logging in to the account under public networks such as companies, remember to log out of the account. You can also follow the account's security center and check whether there are any abnormalities in logging in.

Youku said that it is actively contacting the website that publishes its member account, forcing it to delete it, and holding it accountable. At the same time, Youku is actively contacting users who have leaked information and reminding them to change their passwords.
