At the previous Guangzhou salon event, a member asked if he could invite Wang Defeng, a professor from the School of Philosophy at Fudan University, to share. In fact, I met Professor Wang Defeng at our Chinese Academy last year and we chatted for a long time.
Why aren’t these teachers invited to the club to share? Because it’s not suitable. As we all know, e-commerce clubs are centered around e-commerce, and this noble demand is still a minority, and most of them are still pursuing business things.

To be honest, at this stage, we must pursue an understanding of laws, human nature, and morality. Thirty-five is a dividing point, standing at thirty-years-old, being forty-years-old, and exploring the essence of being forty-years-old in advance. For example, you want to study what the laws of human nature are, what the natural laws of worldly development are, and what the laws of the entire economy are, you need to study these things, otherwise you will not be able to make your career last long.
I have rarely shared these things in Laogao E-commerce Club, mainly because I am afraid that everyone will think they are too treacherous and don’t like to listen to them. Everyone must not be prejudiced against "Tao". "Tao" is very practical and has been verified by history.
For example, many dynasties in history adopted the centralization + feudal system, which has been confirmed for thousands of years. All organizations have nothing more than three models: centralization, feudal system, and centralization + feudal system.
History is constantly swaying, correcting mistakes, and correcting them. These are natural laws. If you don’t study, you will be confused. You will be confused about what organizational structure the company is governed, and our Laogao e-commerce circle is managed in the form of centralized power + feudal system.
For example, our three clubs are managed by themselves, and the School of Management and the National Academy are partners, allowing partners to be CEOs and manage directly to form a unified ecosystem. Many companies, such as Xiaomi, Alibaba, Gaode, and Youku, do this, and their organizational models have been verified by history.
Over the years, I have found that many things are common sense. In fact, my sharing is the stage of universal Dharma (referring to Buddhism and Taoism) . If everyone has higher needs, we can still go to the National Academy.
We have a whole ecosystem, including 9 major business sectors including the National College, the School of Management, and the Enterprise Service and Resources. These sectors are designed to allow members to get their needs. Among them, the Enterprise Service and Resources is a community for service providers and a capital relationship.

Of course, I suggest that the bosses learn Chinese studies so that you won’t be confused. Take the simplest recruitment as an example. Many bosses know that talent is important, so how do you recruit? How do you know that this person is suitable?
These issues are concerning to all bosses. I have studied many dynasties, but no emperor has seen people correctly. The difference is that the proportions are different. Qin Shihuang misread Zhao Gao, Li Si, and Liu Bang misread people, so don’t expect to see people 100% right. What you need to do is to see 6-7 of them correctly out of 10 people, that is a master.
Why did you read it wrong?
Because people's values will change. If a person says he is not greedy for money, in fact, it may be because he is not rich enough. If he gives him 10 billion, he may not be able to control himself. There have been countless cases in history. What we need to do is to increase the proportion by learning knowledge and improving cognition as much as possible. This is a basic cognition.
So how do you find someone who matches your values?
The most important thing is that we must be excellent ourselves, or let others think you are excellent, this is the essence. Then when absorbing talents, your thoughts, your vision, and your mission are great enough that you can attract powerful talents.
Just imagine if Liu Bei asked Zhuge Liang to fight a county town together, then Zhuge Liang would not have gone, right?
So it is very important to make yourself powerful. Many people ignore this point and think that it is just giving money and salary. Anyone who can pay wages and the other party values salary is often not real talents, and of course it is not absolute. Most of them are like this.
Because the better the talent is, the more important it is to value the value, significance, and value of your career.
