Since ancient times, doing business has been inseparable from marketing, especially modern business. Without marketing, the company's performance will be lost at least half. Every entrepreneur knows the importance of marketing, but not many people can really do a good job in marketing. Most companies have overdoed marketing and marketed for the sake of marketing.

1. The essence of marketing is "altruism", the core of management is strategy and people, and the source of traffic is management. When management capabilities improve, traffic, marketing, and performance will naturally increase!

2. Only by establishing relationships and trust can you have opportunities for social marketing.
With the trust of customers, it doesn’t matter what products you sell, because you will trust what customers you recommend. Many traditional marketing involves products first and then customers, while social marketing involves customers first and then products.
3. The so-called brand is to see how many fans always follow. The more you follow, the more you follow, the less you follow, the small one. There are no followers or only temporary followers (such as short-term means attracting them through discounts and promotions) all belong to brands with unknown life and death. The first two can survive!
4. Forget marketing, forget sales, forget customers, treat users in the way of treating friends, and establish relationships with users in the way of love. The transaction itself is very simple, that is, the user trusts you, and you just provide what they need, so the user will let it go and exchange it with you with money!

5. Marketing is actually not complicated in many cases. First, it is to grasp human nature, and second, it is to give up, that is, to lose first and then get it. The skills are very simple. Many people just know the truth, but they never understand the secret. Knowing and understanding are different things. The way is simple!
Only by going out to understand the wisdom of life and understanding the essence of things can you grasp the core. Not being busy is more important than anything else.
6. I have always emphasized to the club members that we must change from selling products to selling value.
What we sell is value, and products are just carriers of value. Only in this way can we not fall into the simple product idea. Moreover, future consumer demand has changed from material to spiritual. I will not buy you when you promote facial masks, but if you make me believe that your facial mask will make me beautiful, I will definitely buy them.
7. When encountering fierce competition, don’t lower the price, and don’t promote and discount, but raise the price. The opponent will reduce the price by 100. You will raise the price by 100. The opponent will reduce the price by 1000. You will raise the price by 1000. There will always be someone who is lower than you. The price reduction will not defeat the opponent, and the price will only increase.
Because after the price increase, you have enough profit to build a team, improve services, improve management, etc., these will make you win.
Price increases and price reductions are directional issues. First, there is the idea of raising prices, and then consider how to increase prices.
8. Influence is communication power, and communication power is everything.
Every company must be a new media company. Don’t think it’s a media business. It’s essentially linking customers. If you don’t have the ability to link customers, all business behaviors are fantasies.
