      On June 29, it is reported that Chinese brand e-commerce service provider Baozun E-commerce Co., Ltd. announced today that it has signed a final agreement with fashion brand e-commerce solution provider Shanghai Yishang Network Information Co., Ltd. ("Yishang"), to acquire 100% of Yishang's equity through an all-cash transaction. It is expected that the transaction will be completed in the third quarter of 2021.

4. Dingdong Maicai will significantly reduce its IPO financing target in the United States by more than 70%.

      On June 29, Dingdong Maicai, supported by SoftBank Vision Fund II, said on Monday that the company has significantly reduced the scale of its IPO in the United States to about a quarter of its previous target.

      Dingdong Maicai is currently seeking to raise up to $94.4 million, while its previous plan was to raise up to $357 million, according to a regulatory filing.
