On February 23, the "E-commerce Daily" learned that Taobao recently issued the "Taobao Platform Fresh Product Dispute Handling Standards" and the Public Notice on Changes to Related Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Announcement).
The announcement stated that in order to protect the rights and interests of buyers and sellers, maintain market order, and help everyone better resolve disputes in the transaction process of fresh food products, Taobao will add the "Taobao Platform Fresh Food Product Dispute Handling Standards" and make corresponding adjustments to the "Taobao Platform Special Commodity/Transaction Dispute Handling Rules" and the "Implementation Rules for Special Evidence of Fresh Food Products".
The announcement shows that the main changes to this rule are: clarifying the situations in which no return or exchange of goods is allowed due to buyers' reasons; in response to the problem of rot and deterioration, the time limit for evidence is extended to 48 hours, and the special time limit for evidence that cannot be judged by the appearance is added; the compensation for rot, size difference, and weight shortage is changed to three levels and the corresponding compensation amount is adjusted, and the judgment scenarios and standards for rot and sperm flow are added; new examples of buyers' pictures to provide evidence are added.

2. Suning.com adjusts "Dajuhui Channel Trading Service Fee Rate"
On February 23, the "E-commerce Daily" learned that Suning.com issued an announcement on the adjustment of the "Dajuhui Channel Trading Service Fees and Rates" (hereinafter referred to as the announcement) on February 22.
The announcement stated that in order to better provide high-quality marketing product services to merchants, encourage merchants to participate in and experience marketing product activities, and help merchants grow, each sub-channel of Dajuhuixia provides phased promotion discount rates for some categories. At the same time, in combination with industry development and standards, the rates of some categories have been revised. From March 1 to March 31, the transaction service fee rate of Dajuhui Channel will be adjusted.
