1. JD.com spends HK$900 million to invest in China's logistics assets
China Logistics Assets announced that on April 27, the company entered into a subscription agreement with JD subscribers. The company has the conditions to agree to allocate and issue, while the JD subscriber has the conditions to agree to subscribe to 321 million shares, with a subscription price of HK$2.8 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HK$898 million.
