Negative employees
An employee’s easy departure from the team is a sign of lack of responsibility. All teams have problems, and all teams have advantages. If there is any slight dissatisfaction or temptation, they will be easily shaken. No matter what, such people cannot entrust heavy responsibilities.
Complaints and complaining teams are slapping themselves in the face, saying they are incompetent, and even giving up opportunities!
Employees who burn bridges across the river cannot be grateful and should not stay. Creating profits is the core value of your existence, and starting a business is not charity.

Team Roles
People are divided into five types: scum, personnel, personnel, talents, and characters
[Scum] is a destructionist who complains, makes trouble with nothing, forms cliques, provokes trouble, and robs others;
[People] They only receive salary but do not like to do things, and are unwilling to do things that have nothing to do with them. They are among the mediocre people;
