  For Pinduoduo Logistics, the system generally has logistics abnormal reminders. If there is no tracking information for 24 hours, you may be fined. How do we eliminate abnormal logistics orders?

  We pick up items twice a day

  What are the abnormal situations?

  Pinduoduo fake shipment situation

  It means that the merchant has uploaded the product logistics order number to the Pinduoduo backend, but the logistics information corresponding to the product logistics order number has obvious abnormal situations such as slowing down the logistics trajectory, and/or the consumer has not actually received the product within a reasonable period after the merchant uploads the logistics order number.

  Including but not limited to the following situations:

  1. Within 24 hours after the merchant uploads the product logistics order number;

  a) There is no logistics information on the official website of the corresponding logistics company;

  No logistics information

  b) The logistics order number has information on the official website of the corresponding logistics company, but there is no subsequent logistics information updated within 24 hours thereafter;

  No logistics information update within 24 hours

  c) The logistics order number has information on the official website of the corresponding logistics company, but there are multiple abnormal and duplicate information on the collection of parts.

  2. The logistics trajectory corresponding to the logistics order number after the goods uploaded by the merchant does not match the delivery address confirmed by the consumer order;

  Case: The consumer's delivery address is in Guangdong Province. The merchant ships the goods from Fujian, but the logistics trajectory is moving towards Hubei, which is contrary to the consumer's delivery address.

  3. Other situations where the logistics information of other orders is abnormal or the consumer fails to actually receive the product within a reasonable period after delivery.

  Case: The consumer's delivery address is in Guangdong Province. The merchant ships the goods from Fujian. The normal logistics situation can be delivered within 2-3 days, but the consumer still has not received the goods after 7 days.

  For abnormal logistics orders in Pinduoduo, if there is no logistics information, it is recommended that you contact the logistics company immediately, update the logistics status in a timely manner, and avoid being fined.
