　　The change of the rules will be announced on January 29, 2018 and will officially take effect on February 5, 2018.

　　Main changes:

　　1. The seventh type of "commodities that are not applicable to seven-day return and exchange without reason" is adjusted from "commodities with a greater depreciation of value after activation or trial, commercial goods, or commodities with frequent fluctuations in the short term" to "commodities with a greater depreciation of value after activation or trial, or commodities that are not required for daily consumption."
