Before starting my speech, I mentioned several keywords like this. This is my personal summary. I want to have a place in e-commerce in the future and have a better concept. The topics that everyone may get together to discuss will change, of course, it is based on a consideration for everyone to build a market.
I think the first keyword is integration. Joint marketing integrates some brand resources and connections to see if there is any possibility of doing something that can leverage the strength to integrate it together.
The second keyword is to take advantage of the situation. In fact, it is similar to integration. Taking advantage of the situation, there is an old saying that it is better to borrow a boat to cross a river than to build a boat.
The third is learning. I believe this is one of the purposes of coming to Crown Club. Because Taobao is changing so fast, I think the knowledge and direction of knowledge that I need now may also be changing constantly. In the past, it may have had a skill to travel around the world. Now it may also be necessary to have some ability to go out for negotiation, because you need to integrate marketing. You need to get the best resources, you need to negotiate. Have you followed this?
Another thing is change. Don’t complain about change. We should embrace change and even love change. Because every change gives us a chance. If there is no new product like e-commerce, each of us may face the PK with offline bosses worth hundreds of millions or billions of dollars. It is precisely because of such changes that we can sit with many bosses to discuss future development. Because before that, we were not at the same level. They were listed companies, but we were just grassroots and there was no way to compare. It is precisely because of such changes that we have such opportunities, so we should be grateful for this change, embrace this change, and love this change.
The last keyword is execution. Because there are so many things in front, there is no good thing to do or spell out, I think it is all empty. I think I am very diligent. When we go to Taobao again, I actually didn’t leave the company in January, March, or even May and June. That is, I go to learn Taobao things from around 7 o'clock to 11 and 2 o'clock every day, and I have a lot of resources to learn. Only after I study will I slowly get some optimized things, and later this early stage. Because it is impossible for you to choose good talents without the early stages. When I started my business, operations were already a hot spot and a very popular position. In one or two years, if my store showed him how it sold ¥20,000 a month, and it was not as high as his salary, would anyone come? This certainly won't. You have to learn something to start first, and then someone will come, including the product of our company this year that was beyond my imagination. Because this is a big change from Taobao this year, which means that its growth is still relatively fast. Last year, products of the same category just entered the end of the quarter to the end of the quarter, and they were all the top sales. Last year, there were only more than 60,000 such products. When it was our turn to do it this year, we were actually doing retail. It has exceeded 100,000 yuan, and the monthly sales are 90,000 yuan, which is the result of this growth. I think e- commerce will have two results. The first is to starve to death, and the second is to die of perseverance. So the rating of our shipment has been green, so the day before, I packed it in the warehouse and I gained a few gains during the packaging process. I found that our company's tags were hung in the warehouse in the company. When I packed them myself, I found that the time to hang up or find the tag was wasted a lot. It may take 1 minute to get a tag and it takes 10 minutes to find a tag. Then I immediately stopped and contacted all factories to let them manage all the products of my company in the future. I also gave a reason, which I thought was very reasonable. The products are unified when you deliver, and you will not be wrong when you hang up the sign and it will be fast. It’s scattered to me. I’ll look for it when I’m delivering the goods and take care of each one, which is a waste of time than them. After negotiation, they felt OK. Later, they said that the tags they said were hung and then delivered to us, including the express bag. During my packaging process, I found that the express bag was OK, but it was a bit tight. The express bags were made by themselves, with their own logo. I found that it was only one centimeter away. If it was one centimeter larger, the packaging speed would be much faster, so I didn't have to work hard. I think the benefits of packaging are still very big, and I think this is execution. I think we are not yet enjoying it now, and we are not yet complacent. So, before this, I want to experience these five keywords by myself.
I think data is very important. Whether it is a waiter on Tmall or a waiter on Taobao, they attach great importance to data this year. The most important thing in data-based operation is first, thinking, and logic. This is very important. Data-based operations can allow everyone to grow and improve slowly. Through these things, you think about why I didn’t do well? What improvements do I need? It's one aspect. Compared with your own conditions, some teams may have good skills or some people may have poor team foundation. If they do not solve the weak points of the team, they will be slower, but there is one that is very important. Especially for people with large plates, data operation is like driving a 200-yard car running on the road, with a slight deviation, and sometimes it may hit someone, but if we are in the yard and are afraid that you will hit the pole tomorrow, it will be nothing big. In other words, what is a data-based one? Then, when you are in a refined business, the more difficult it is to read it out when you are older. I talked about this concept when I shared it last year. For example, when you make 100 million yuan, but you only have 5,000,000 yuan, but this is actually very dangerous. If your monthly profit is 10,000,000 and your monthly profit is 10%, sometimes some people don’t realize it and lose 1,000,000 a month because you have a lot of cash flow and your turnover is very good. But you may go bankrupt after losing five months, but you may not know yet, this is what many of our colleagues do. When I was settled, I asked him if you lost money, and he told me that he had made money. Then I told him that you might have lost money, and finally explained the account clearly. Did I say you lost money? Did he say it was just to make himself feel better? Therefore, data-based operations play a very important role, which is to make your own things more controllable. I think this is of great significance.
