At this forum, physical enterprises expressed their own opinions and shared their transformation experience; e-commerce platforms looked back at the transformation of physical enterprises and provided practical e-commerce suggestions for physical enterprises; researchers looked at the integrated development of physical enterprises online and offline, and deeply and systematically analyzed the characteristics of the industry.

  What exactly is new retail?

  There are two types of situations facing new retail in the early stage: one is an online company, and there are guests sharing the online e-commerce business model, and the other is a real offline company.

  20 years ago, these two companies were parallel lines, and they each lived a good life, but about 10 years ago, suddenly everyone discovered "What should I do!", especially in recent years, this parallel line has gradually become a cross line. Why? In fact, the core of the well-known is: First, online traffic has reached a certain bottleneck period, and the purchases we have seen in the e-commerce field have supported a huge market.

  And what happened offline? The online Internet constantly uses price systems and means to impact and supply you. For traditional enterprises, what you can see is that traditional enterprises have the operating costs of offline stores, and it is not easy for online enterprises to go offline. We say that there are two industries in China that are the most difficult. In simple terms, they are two hard-working industries: the first is e-commerce people, called 24-hour rest, which means you have to be online at any time, because customers are online at any time. We often talk about iteration, and it has always been iterative growth in the e-commerce and Internet industries. Why did we take this step later? We haven’t figured it out yet, so I will take it out as soon as I figured out which step I should take. When I encounter difficulties and problems, I will think of solutions. Now it has become a new term for our team management, or a new thinking for development, which is iterative thinking.
