JD.com Tencent and other companies issued a declaration: Refusing to use dishonest persons

　　The Sunshine Integrity Alliance, a 37-company including JD.com, Tencent, Baidu, Walmart China, Meituan Dianping, Vipshop, 360, Sina Weibo, and Toutiao, recently held the first anti-corruption summit. 　　The summit was held at Renmin University of China with the theme of "Openness, mutual trust, sharing and win-win".

　　In addition to the representatives of 37 enterprises, there were also leaders from the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and other political and legal organs, as well as experts from the Criminal Law Science Research Center and the Anti-Corruption Law Research Center, a total of more than 100 people attended the meeting.

　　The "Sunshine Integrity Alliance" was established in February this year. It was initiated by JD.com and jointly launched by Tencent, Baidu, Walmart China, Procter & Gamble, Lenovo, Midea, Xiaomi, Meituan Dianping, Vipshop, Li Ning, Yonghui Supermarket, Jiawoxin Rongmao and other well-known companies, as well as the Criminal Law Science Research Center of Renmin University of China. It aims to jointly combat corruption, fraud, counterfeit and shoddy crimes through the Internet, improve the anti-corruption governance level of alliance members, and form a positive energy and positive cycle for everyone to be honest and honest in their work.

　　In just a few months since its establishment, the alliance was recognized by more than 20 companies including Didi Chuxing, 58 Group, Sohu, SF Express, etc., with 37 members, and many other companies still applied to join the alliance. This anti-corruption summit is to further improve the alliance operation mechanism and deepen cooperation among enterprises. The summit elected JD.com , Vipshop and Meituan Dianping as the rotating chair units of this year, held a ceremony for the refusal of recruitment of dishonest persons, and issued an alliance declaration.

　　Representatives of all alliance member units promised: Adhering to the alliance's vision of "creating a sunny and honest business environment together", adhering to the concept of compliance, increasing the social cost of dishonest behavior, and refusing to hire dishonest persons who violate professional ethics. The Sunshine Integrity Alliance has launched a shared information system to realize the sharing of the list of dishonest trust.

　　According to the declaration, if an employee of a member company of an alliance violates his professional ethics, he will be rejected after entering the list of dishonest trust and then going to any of the other 36 companies to seek a job. At present, the total number of employees in the entire alliance member unit exceeds 700,000. With the rapid growth of alliance members, this move will become more powerful and will make those on the list of dishonest debt pay a greater cost of dishonest debt.

　　Sharing of the list of dishonest trust is the basis for the operation of the Sunshine Integrity Alliance. According to the Alliance Secretariat, the list of breach of trust mainly includes two parts, part of which is the list of breach of trust, including acceptance of bribes, embezzlement, theft and fraud.
