In order to better standardize the qualifications of Tmall's omni-channel service merchants and provide consumers with better services, Tmall has added detailed rules for omni-channel service investment promotion.
The new rules will be announced on August 22, 2017 and will officially take effect on August 29, 2017.
1. Definition:
Tmall omni-channel service refers to omni-channel software services and Internet information services related to integrated online and offline retail solutions provided by Tmall to merchants, including marketing products such as omniu, Qianniu, and Marketing Bao, as well as related software and technical services, as well as store account management, store location information disclosure at the commodity side, transaction management, payment sharing, data management and other services.
2. Current investment scope:
It operates flagship stores for the first-level category of "decoration/design/construction/supervision, residential furniture, commercial/office furniture", and operates flagship stores, specialty stores and specialty stores for the first-level category of "home decoration main materials" (the second-level category of "clothes rack/clothes rack" only recruits flagship stores, and specialty stores for the second-level category of "lights" only recruits flagship stores and specialty stores), operates flagship stores, specialty stores and specialty stores for the first-level category of "basic building materials", and operates flagship stores and specialty stores for the first-level category of "whole house customization".
