The second point is that we are not very smart. We don’t have many opportunities without those who do well. So when we have one chance, we will cherish it very much and work hard to complete the task. We don’t understand many things, so we just do it stupidly in the original way.

The third point is that because we have a mission, why do we need to build a club? Why do we set up this company? Why do I have to work hard? Our mission is to help e-commerce succeed. We have not changed since our establishment in 2011. There are many ways to help others succeed. There are countless business models for the same mission, but the mission has never changed. However, we may be in different industries, but we must help everyone succeed and help everyone in all aspects.

Circle is your best helper on the road to success

When we reach this age, we should think more about why we should work hard.

The core point of our club is circle. The significance of circle is very important. Many club members make many friends in the club. They visit and communicate with each other. This is a very good thing. You can meet many brothers here because everyone is good at different things. Some are good at marketing, some are good at direct trains and paid promotions, and some are good at SNS. You will find that if you have seven or eight friends in the club, your road will be very stable. If you have more than six brothers in the club, your business will definitely not die. I have opened a Taobao store before. I run a club while opening a Taobao store. Experiences worth ten million

Second, only by constantly creating value for others can you achieve immortality, your brand and your company will survive for a long time. The club can exist for so long because we continue to provide value to members, so this is very important.

The third point is that solving problems and difficulties for others can become a business model.

The fourth is that it is easier to succeed in doing what you love. Why can my club succeed? It is because I love this thing and I am willing to give it to him, so I can succeed. So you must choose the industry and career you truly love before you can be willing to invest in it.

The fourth is to have a group of circles and a group of reliable brothers. I benefited a lot from the club. The circle gave me a chance to change my destiny. I am the beneficiary, so I hope you will be too. With friends, your life will be very smooth and steady. There are many opportunities and chemistry in the club. The next point is that luck comes from sharing. Some people are lucky or not just randomly, but because they have helped others, they are rewarded.

The next point is that many good causes will lead to good results. Most of the time is thinking about layout. The other is to fail as early as possible. I have different views on failure. I am very grateful for my failure. I am glad that I failed very early. If I failed a few years later, I might not be able to get up. I must embrace failure and fail as early as possible. Many failures are inevitable.

Another point is the right direction plus the right persistence. The right direction is the future trend. China's current economic trend must be spiritually relied on, and the trend must be analyzed. Correct persistence means persistence must be flexible and cannot be solidified. The improvement of thoughts and spirit will definitely bring about improvement in career. We must constantly improve our ideological realm and communicate with experts. The improvement of your realm will inevitably bring about improvement in career. Open yourself, and only energy, connections, resources and noble people will come in. You must open yourself to have noble people.

Most marketing is a human business, so the boss must be good at being a human being to understand human nature. Therefore, the boss must constantly cultivate his own moral character and carry things with virtue. Business is a human business. In the final analysis, many marketing is still to be yourself. This is a causal relationship. Once you change, noble friends will come. Therefore, if a boss wants to do a good job in marketing, he must have an understanding of human nature and cultivate himself.

When our Crown is doing well, we will start the Golden Crown Club, and then when we do well, we will start the SNS and ecosystem.

Our conditions back then were not so good. Many people stood and chatted until dawn. At that time, they just felt happy and had to learn to persist and give up. I just hope that this circle was pure and sincere. Everyone was happy together to make their lives rich and colorful. When we first came here to party, we had many concerns, and we were afraid of bringing burdens to everyone. We considered it many times, but we still wanted to improve the environment for everyone. If a company wants to grow in the future, it must not be a single industry, but an ecosystem. No matter what kind of ecosystem it is, this is a trend. You are not selling only one product or only one product, but integrating everything related to your company. You must do integration and make an ecosystem.
