Notice on revising the "Taobao Travel Market Management Specifications" to the "Flying Pig Market Management Specifications"

　　In order to provide you with more professional and richer services, Taobao [Zhejiang Taobao Network Co., Ltd., Taobao (China) Software Co., Ltd.] has agreed with Fliggy (Zhejiang Qua'a Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Taomei Airlines Service Co., Ltd.) that from July 1, 2017, the Taobao tourism category business operation service will be provided by Fliggy, and the corresponding business is named "Fliggy Market" and a corresponding logo is set up.

　　At the same time, in order to maintain the business order of Fliggy Market business and improve consumers' shopping experience, it is planned to revise the "Taobao Travel Market Management Standards" to the "Fliggy Market Management Standards".

　　The revision was announced on June 23, 2017 and will officially take effect on July 1, 2017.

　　The main contents of this revision are as follows:

　　1. Rule structure:

　　The "Taobao Travel Market Management Standards" are renamed to "Flying Pig Market Management Standards" and the rules structure is adjusted. The adjusted specifications include six chapters in overview, definition, access, operation, clearance, and appendix. Among them, the chapter "operation" includes four sections: basic management, vacation, tickets, and hotels, and mainly stipulates the requirements for product release, payment methods, order effectiveness, behavioral norms, point deduction mechanism, service guarantee, etc.

　　2. Product release:

　　New standards for the release of products for "domestic free travel", "overseas entertainment package", "domestic surrounding tours" and "domestic cruises" are added. In order to give sellers sufficient time to understand the standard and adjust product information that does not meet the standard, sellers will be given the opportunity to rectify within one month from the time the rules come into effect. Only illegal products will be removed from the shelves during the rectification period, and the standards will be implemented in accordance with the rectification period. If this specification does not stipulate, the Taobao Rules shall be abide by.

　　3. Service guarantee:

　　(1) Adjust the existing service guarantee rules and structure and build a new "Flying Pig Market Service Guarantee Standard".

　　(2) New: After the order takes effect, the service guarantee standards for orders for "domestic free travel", "domestic cruise ship", "diving/shore diving/ship diving", "overseas entertainment packages", and "domestic surrounding tours" categories will be changed and cancelled due to sellers' reasons.

　　(3) Added service guarantee standards for domestic tickets.

　　4. Overseas train tickets:

　　New regulations on the management of goods in the category of "Overseas Train Tickets", including regulations on product release, order effectiveness, and service guarantee.
