  The name I shared today is called Dadao Wumen. Dadao Wumen means there is no shortcut to success. We have known this since we were a child. I am an absolutely pragmatic person. When I first started to come into contact with e-commerce, I went out for training. I hate what people said is equivalent to not saying. In addition to saying it, there is also a situation called listening to it. I just said that you can take photos, of course you can take photos, but I suggest you don’t take photos, because I can give you this PPT, take out your phone and take photos, have you taken them back and see them? So most of them are just in vain. So there are a few people who have succeeded in this world. What I want to tell you is that there is no shortcut to e-commerce operations, but there are methods and systems. There are two keywords today, one is system and the other is management. All the content shared today is not copied from the book. If it is copied from the book, I don’t need to share it. Everything today, including my system, team structure system, and management, is a summary and improvement I have drawn after countless problems and failed experiences in the past 20 years of practice. You can get a truth in your work, that is, only if you have done it yourself, you will know what it is like. You hear others say that seeing others do things and doing it yourself are always different. Many times, we say that if you don’t listen to the old man’s words, you will suffer losses in front of you. What the old man says may not be right, but it is a summary of experience.

  Although I am not young, I am still very proud of my experience over the past 20 years. Although it is not very successful, it is also because of this experience that I have faced many things and experienced many situations. So I have some insights and summary, including some skills and methods. Foreign-funded enterprises have many things worth learning from, such as processes and enterprises. I have been in the Crown Club for so many years, and I have met a group of bosses. After I started a business, I think I have some management skills. First of all, I am not young. At that time, I was already 32 years old. Moreover, I had managed more than 1,000 people before, and I had never seen many sales personnel. At that time, my annual performance was 1.5 billion in China, so I think I have some management experience. Yes, but this year's entrepreneurship made me understand one thing that is completely different from doing it yourself and doing it in the same company. The famous difference between bosses and non-bosses, including senior managers, is that only the boss is responsible for all the final results. So this difference made me know that my previous management was not real management. At that time, I only needed to manage my sales team, not finance, and not personnel, so it is far from managing a department. I personally think that I am a very rigorous and very planning person. The first half of my business I started my own business was better because of so many years of customer accumulation, the company developed very quickly, and the company bought three cars. In the end, you will find that it is very different for you to just see others doing things.
