2. Public notice on the addition of the "Tmall Gift Management Standards", effective on March 8

[Explanation of gift terms]: The merchant promises products or services in the goods or information based on the premise of commodity transactions, or agrees with the buyer, and prizes provided in prize-based sales activities.

Chapter 2 Gift release requirements and handling of violations

Article 2 Merchants shall clearly indicate the product, specification, quantity and other elements of the gift in the product or information.

Article 3 When the gift is combined and displayed with the sold goods, if any of the following situations occur, Tmall will remove the product or information:

(I) In the product title (including subtitle), state the brand information of the gift.

（二）赠品与售卖商品在主图中合并展示时，赠品相关信息单独作为商品主图进行展示，或主图中赠品信息的显著性高于售卖商品。

Article 6 For gift activities carried out through lottery, the value of the gift shall not exceed RMB 5,000 (inclusive), otherwise, Tmall will remove the product or information. 3. Public notice on the ban on sales rules for new overseas publications purchasing information

The rules change will be announced on March 3, 2017 and will officially take effect on March 10, 2017 .

Main changes: "Foreign publications purchasing goods or services; serious violations will be deducted 12 points each time. If the circumstances are serious, 48 ​​points will be deducted each time."

5. Public notice on changing the handling of general violations of Tmall Rules

In order to further standardize and improve the standardization of Tmall platform products and better promote the healthy development of Tmall trading market, Tmall will be based on the current market development status,

This change will be announced on March 6, 2017 and will officially take effect on March 13, 2017 .

After the change: Tmall adopts the following violations for general violations of members:

(1) For every twelve points deducted by merchants, they will be restricted from participating in Tmall marketing activities for seven days and paying 10,000 yuan in liquidated damages to Tmall;

(2) The merchant shall not only deal with the matter in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph for breach of commitment and/or missed information, except for the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the accumulated points are deducted as much as 24 points, the store shall be subject to seven days of supervision; if the accumulated points are deducted as much as 36 points, the store shall be subject to fourteen days of supervision; if the accumulated points are deducted as much as 48 points, the store shall be subject to twenty-eight days of supervision; if the accumulated points are deducted as much as 60 points, the store shall be subject to fifty-six days of supervision.

6. Notice on the public announcement of changes in clothing industry standards

Tmall plans to revise the display standards for the seventh main picture of clothing products.

The adjustment of the rules will be announced on March 1, 2017 and will officially take effect on March 8, 2017.
