3. Registration requirements

1. Only Taobao Live has piloted PGC institutions (before March 15, 2017), except for special BD institutions;

2. From March 23 to February 28, in principle, each PGC organization is only allowed to report live content within 2 files;

3. Selected for the live broadcast ceremony (3.23-3.28) PGC needs to host the strongest celebrities, celebrities and other big names; the anchor guests submitted by the PGC organization will directly determine the resource support for the live broadcast program of Taobao (increase in the guaranteed promotion);

4. There must be external channels including but not limited to WeChat public accounts, Weibo accounts, outdoor advertising, TV media advertising and other types of self-promotion channels. The traffic scale of the extrapolation channel reported by the PGC organization will directly determine the resource support of Taobao for live broadcast programs re-profiles (increase part in guaranteed promotion);

Note: This part of the extrapolation channel is a necessary qualification for Taobao to re-promote PGC projects, and the traffic of PGC institutions for resource replacement will be arranged separately.
